The LDS Church will repent and be cleansed AND THEN will be the PURE Gospel/church of God! The LDS scriptures warn and foretell of the corruption which would require "much restoration" to restore the pure knowledge of God (2 Nephi 3:24). The scriptures foretell that the pure knowledge that Jesus IS God the Eternal Father will cover the earth.

 I came to your law firm in February, 2010 because of my dealings with Kerr McGee employee Mike Fitzgerald and uranium properties with my father, Dr. H. Clyde Davis PhD.  My father appreciated the support Paul J. Young gave me against Zions First National Bank back in 1999-2000 documenting the culpability of the LDS leaders for the theft of my gold mine. 

Paul later became bought off as evidenced by his false and ludicrous slander of calling me a terrorist. This was a very serious charge and proved by the FBI to be totally unfounded. Court subpoenaed records showed that it was instigated by Church Headquarters as the LDS Prophet and Apostles justified this lie to cause harm. This retaliation stemmed from my whistle blowing activities against their corruption in stealing valuable assets from members.

The paper trail is substantial and documented as public record in the states and Federal courts. Of interest are the many individuals during this saga of LDS Church corruption since 1985 that have died mysteriously or have been falsely accused and sent to jail. In 1985, I was front page news regarding my ownership (substantiated by top officials before their demise) of a multimillion dollar gold mine in Nye County, Nevada.

After the theft by Mike Fitzgerald, Zions Bank, Barrack Gold (Bush, Sr., Vernon Jordan), and others, records were altered under the name of the Bull Frog Mine. One of the Zions Bank Board members, Apostle Neal A. Maxwell, confessed about this deliberate theft ordered and justified by LDS temple consecrations of “all time, talents, and all that you do possess” to the church. Maxwell later resigned from Zions Bank board. Board members are paid millions of dollars making them “money changers.” The other board members; Gordon B. Hinckley, L. Tom Perry, and Russell M. Nielson did NOT resign until they could no longer contain the secrets of deliberate thefts of member’s assets exposed in the uncontrolled media of the internet. There was also legitimate criticism and concern by members over “Prophets (Profits) and Apostles” of God sitting on bank, insurance, etc. boards when their calling is suppose to be as pure Witnesses of Christ!

My Kanco mining claims are the Golden Age and Golden Eagle Mining Claims and I still hold title as principal over this and many other assets targeted by Zions Bank and other entities of the world’s corrupt elite. Today, the secrets are coming forth and substantiated on many levels as corruption is being exposed with full restitution required.

This year, as an excellent and inspired Private Investigator, I found that the Russians wanted to control the Uranium in the USA.  The leader of the law firm has an excellent mining background from Price, Utah where I was born and while my dad was getting his Master’s Degree in Geology, emphasis in Uranium at the time (1950).  As a top Mason with lots of secrets about the corruption, he worked as a top geologist for the government and for the LDS church. He staked many mining sites (including gold, copper, and uranium) for his own empire. It was through my dad and his two partners that I purchased my gold mine and hit the mother lode. Let me tell you why I wanted the law suit filed last week because of the news coming out of Southern Utah and near the Bullfrog docks at Lake Powell!  The State of Utah gave my father and Jack Larsen a One Square Mile of State Land to build a community of homes, gas station, hotel, stores, restaurant, etc. years ago, near a uranium mill and mine.   All this year the Russians have been attempting to acquire all the Uranium assets acquired through my dad and Jack Larsen, founder of US Energy, Riverton, Wyoming.  They had sold all their Uranium assets to Uranium One, Toronto right after the mysterious death of my father!  (He had repented, become a member of my board, and given me all incriminating documents). My dad had me in Wyoming every time he was there on the various uranium properties since the 1950s!  He obtained his BYU Master’s Degree in 1952 and was immediately hired by newly elected Dwight D. Eisenhower and given eight airplanes at his disposal to use from the Salt Lake Airport to map out all the mineral wealth in the US.

Over the weekend (today) the Salt Lake Tribune announced the approval by the US Treasury Department for the sale of these same Utah and Wyoming Mining Claims to be controlled by a Russian corporation!  I was in Sydney, Australia in August, 2010 and contacted the Uranium One Company there, letting them know about my father and how Australian billionaire Alan Bond circumvented my dad on the Golden Age and Golden Eagle Mining Claims, Nye County, Nevada back in 1986!

The Wyoming Federal Complaint had better be filed on Monday, or I will be in Cheyenne hiring my own Wyoming law firm!

Wyoming’s Washington delegation is concerned about the proposed transfer of three Powder River Basin uranium facilities into the hands of a Russian company.

The Powder River Basin uranium facilities have been pulled into the Iran nuclear debate on Capitol Hill with a deal that would transfer the controlling interest of Canadian-owned Uranium One to the Russian company JSC Atomredmetzoloto. The company now owns 23.1 percent of Uranium One’s common stock and is seeking a controlling 51 percent share.

Commonly known as ARMZ, the company is controlled by Russia’s state agency that oversees its nuclear industry. The agency has supplied uranium to Iran.

Uranium One has said that no uranium from the facilities in Wyoming will go to Russia or Iran, but that hasn’t seemed to placate concerns from Wyoming’s delegation and other lawmakers in Washington. The Washington Times reported Wednesday that four senior House Republicans, none of whom are from Wyoming, sent a letter to Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner on Tuesday to block the sale of Uranium One to ARMZ.

If Republicans win control of the House in the Nov. 2 midterm elections, the four members are in line to be chairmen of committees that would have potential oversight of the sale, according to the Times article.

Donna Wichers, Uranium One’s senior vice president of in-situ mining, told the Casper Star-Tribune in September that the company’s U.S. assets will be managed by its existing American team, and the company will continue to be publicly traded on the Canadian exchange.

“Uranium One continues to expect to receive the necessary U.S. approvals required to close its transaction with ARMZ in the next little while. Uranium One’s U.S. mines are being built for the purpose of providing additional domestic supply to U.S. customers,” Wichers said via e-mail Thursday.

Uranium One’s Wyoming assets

Uranium One owns the Christensen Ranch and Moore Ranch processing facilities in Campbell County and the Irigary plant in Johnson County, just west of the Campbell County border.

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission has just issued an operating license for the Moore Ranch. It was the first application for a uranium recovery license accepted by the NRC in two decades.

None of the facilities are in operation now, but plans are to put them in operation as soon as possible. The company has prospects in the Powder River Basin encompassing 140,000 acres and plans to produce about 1 million pounds of uranium “yellow cake” a year from its Campbell and Johnson County operations. The sale is supposed to be completed by the end of the year.

The Russian take on the sale

Russian officials have a decidedly different take on the U.S. Congressmen’s opposition to the sale. An English version of The Voice of Russia, an online version of the Russian radio station, reported on the opposition to the sale Thursday with a story under the headline ‘US frightened by Russian competitor.’

Vladimir Averchev, a member of Russia’s Foreign and Defense Policy Council, commented in the story that “The (U.S.) Congressmen see Russia’s nuclear cooperation with Iran as running counter to U.S. national interests.”

He went on to state that the attempt to block the deal is to prevent Russia from entering the American nuclear energy market.

“If the deal goes ahead, the Russian company will get a majority stake in the U.S.’s largest uranium pit and obtain a license for one-fifth of the uranium produced in the U.S.,” Averchev said.

In fact the processing facilities are in-situ operations, meaning there is no open pit, but instead the uranium is leached from the rock and brought to the surface in a process that is supposed to have less of an environmental impact.

What they said:  Sen. Mike Enzi, R, Wyo.: “Sen. Enzi does not want Wyoming uranium in the hands of individuals or countries that want to harm the United States,” said press secretary Elly Pickett. “There are formal review processes in place for this type of sale and Senator Enzi will follow those reviews closely.”

Sen. John Barrasso, R, Wyo.: “We need to do everything we can to keep nuclear materials out of the hands of countries like Iran. We cannot ignore that Russia has given rise to Iran’s domestic nuclear program and has a record of non-compliance on a host of nuclear-related issues. As the federal review process continues, I will make sure America’s security remains our top priority.”

Rep. Cynthia Lummis, R, Wyo.: “The potential that Wyoming uranium could end up in Iran’s possession is disconcerting. A comprehensive look at this national security issue is essential as the federal review proceeds. I will continue to monitor the process closely.”

Uranium company deal nearly done

A Canadian mining company is close to finalizing a deal that will give a Russian company controlling interest in its uranium operations, which include a Utah town, a uranium mill and thousands of acres of claims.

In October, four members of Congress urged the U.S. Treasury Department to block plans by Uranium One to sell majority ownership to the mining company, Atomredmetzoloto (ARMZ), whose parent company is Rosatom, the Russian nuclear agency, to protect national security. Since then, the Treasury Department has approved Uranium One’s plans, as has the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission and the Utah Division of Radiation Control.

“Uranium One has now received all necessary approvals to proceed with the closing of the ARMZ transaction,” said Rob Buchanan, head of investor relations for the Canadian company, “and we are on track to close the transaction before the end of the year.”

The Canadian mining company has said operation of its U.S. assets won’t be affected by the deal. That includes the Utah town of Ticaboo near Lake Powell, the Shootaring Canyon uranium mill a few miles north of the town and more than 10,000 acres of uranium claims in Utah, plus additional holdings in South Dakota, Wyoming and Texas.

Rusty Lundberg, director of the Utah Division of Radiation Control, said his agency’s decision to sign off on the change of ownership was based on the company’s assurances in correspondence that there would be no changes in operations.

“Day-to-day decisions with regard to the operations at the Shootaring Mill will be made by the management of Uranium One Exploration U.S.A. Inc. in coordination and consultation with Scott Schierman as the Corporate Radiation Safety Officer for the Shootaring Canyon Mill,” the company’s attorney said in an e-mail to Utah Assistant Attorney General Denise Chancellor. “Strategic decisions with regard to investment and development of the Shootaring Mill will be made by Uranium One Inc.”

And that e-mail also said: “Any attempt by ARMZ to exercise control over the license would constitute a change of control under NUREG-1566 that would require the prior written approval of” Utah regulators.

Part of the concern about the deal is that Rosatom has sent highly radioactive reactor fuel to Iran.
