Fate of Evil Men of Utah, Blindly-obedient to Their Blood Oaths of Loyalty
Historical Evil Actions and The Consequences from God of Fighting Against Those Who Tell the Truth, Including that Jesus is God, the Eternal Father
Recently I had my former good friend and Provo attorney David Glazier served with the Summons and Complaint in a Wyoming Federal law suit in Cheyenne because he was a partner for Kirton & McConkie, a law firm which represents the Mormon Church. I had received a certified letter in May, 2010 from Kirton & McConkie, threatening me to be arrested if I ever was found on ANY PROPERTY owned by the Mormon Church (see attached).
Salt Lake Tribune reporter Paul Rolly, wrote an excellent newspaper article about me (court approved name, James) back in 1990.
My younger sister (adopted in 1967), Rebecca Sue, had a very close friend, LizAnn Engemann in Provo, Utah. She was the daughter of Letterman Singer/Star, Bob. Bob Engemann had an office right next door to my father, Dr. H. Clyde Davis PhD at the LDS Foundation Offices, Brigham Young University, Provo, Utah. Clyde and Bob got together and attempted to control me through an illegal adoption scam -- directed by Pat B. Brian and Arthur Nielsen, NIELSEN & SENIOR. Arthur was very close to Apostle Howard W. Hunter in opening up the Jerusalem Center for the LDS Church! Arthur Nielsen was the personal attorney for Gordon B. Hinckley.
In June, 1987 I hired the law firm, Robinson & Glazier, in Provo, Utah to replace Pat B. Brian. Mark Robinson discovered how corrupt lawyers and judges are in Utah. His partner, David Glazier, served on my Kanco Board and was a close friend. In June, 1987 LizAnn Engemann hired Gary Sargent, son-in-law to Liberal/Democrat Attorney/Apostle James E. Faust (former Democrat State Legislator in the 1950s) to recover a baby delivered to me by Pat B. Brian on July 27, 1986. I discovered how corrupt Mormon liberals are after I won in Court! In October, 1987 I had a happy ending after the Birthfather defended my rights against the birthmother, LizAnn!
I presented Judge Pat B. Brian his gavel in May, 1987 when he became a judge in Salt Lake City. In October, 1987 I notified Pat B. Brian that he owed me over $1 Million for the costs I had spent defending my rights to my third adoption after he deliberately brought to Utah a two-day old baby without notifying the States of Texas and Utah (federal kidnapping). The Family and Friends of Pat B. Brian are going to find out the truth about this evil man for the next several years, I guarantee it. I just posted a comment on the family Blog……..

A graduate of BYU in 1962, Brian earned his law degree from Vanderbilt University in 1965.
His first law position was in the District Attorney's Office in Orange County, Calif. He also worked as a federal prosecutor in Anchorage, Alaska.
Brian was an adjunct law professor at Pepperdine University and BYU for 24 years. He lectured extensively in Mongolia, China and Ukraine on the American rule of law.

Judge Pat B. Brian died peacefully at his summer home in Grover, UT on June 28, 2010 of pancreatic cancer. His wife and children were at his side at the time of his death. Pat was born March 17, 1938 to Arthur and Wilma Brian. He grew up on a ranch in Loa, Utah and was the fifth of nine children. He married Sherry Hale in the Salt Lake Temple on June 28, 1962.
Pat graduated from Brigham Young University in 1962 and then earned his law degree from Vanderbilt University in 1965. Soon afterwards he began his legal career with the District Attorney's Office in Orange County, California. He was a federal prosecutor in Anchorage, Alaska. He was an adjunct professor at Pepperdine Law School and Brigham Young Law School for a combined 24 years. He lectured extensively in Mongolia, China, and Ukraine on the American Rule of Law. He also had the unique privilege of serving as a visiting professor at the prestigious Fudan University Law School in Shanghai, China. Pat was inducted as a lifetime member of the Shanghai Arbitration Commission. Judge Brian served for 23 years as a district court judge in Salt Lake City, Tooele and Summit Counties. He loved the law.
Church service was paramount in Pat's life. He served as a bishop, stake president, mission president, regional representative, director of the Kirtland Ohio Historic Sites, and as a temple worker.
Pat's lifetime hobby was traveling the world with his wife. His travels through mortality are now over. One door closes and another door opens.

I first met Pat B. at the law office of Nielsen & Senior in December, 1985. I hired him on the spot. I was very wealthy from Highland and needed the best attorney in Utah. He defended the wrongful arrest made upon me at the Heber C. Wells Building downtown SLC where I was in the news all over Utah. My father, Clyde, was the geologist for the US and LDS Church at the time and he knew Pat from Alaska and California through the Billions of Dollars of mineral weath the church had!
Pat and I flew up the key witness from Las Vegas, Nevada who testified I was innocent and a Chuck Van Pelt (who served in a Bishopric of my father at the University of Arizona back in the 1960s was guilty of the Theft by Deception). Then I hired Pat to handle my 3rd Adoption. The girl from Provo, Utah came and lived with Pat and Sherry until she felt uncomfortable and then moved to Dallas, Texas. On June 25, 1986 a beautiful baby girl was born and on June 27th I met Pat at the SLC airport and recieved her! What a joy Pat brought into my life even though he deliberately did the adoption illegally to cause me harm and emotional anguish! It was a calculated manuever to prevent me from pursuing the theft of my billion dollar gold mine by the church leaders through Zions Bank, Barrick Gold, Mike Fitzgerald, etc.
The rest is history when in July, 1990 the name of Judge Pat B. Brian was news all over the world for legal malpractice. My daughter is very happily married and is pregnant with her third child and lives happily in Utah County, thanks to the help of Mark Robinson, who replaced Pat in June, 1987 after Governor Bangerter appointed him to be a judge (protecting him from prosecution).
After my experience with Pat, President Ezra Taft Benson called me to serve as a BYU Bishop at the same time of his famous "pride" talk where he warned all members that the church is condemned (April, 1989) In 1990 I helped Apostle Richard G. Scott remove nearly 400 BYU students who were practicing polygamy and attending the Provo Temple 5X a week!
The pancreatic cancer Pat suffered was terrible and I am sure Sherry and the family watched him lose everything!
I am thankful Pat is gone and accountable for all his actions (always had a pistol in the Courtroom, used as a reminder that he is the boss)!
