Ladies and Gentlemen:

My colleague Dwight B. Williams, Esq., a member of the law firm of Mackay, Price & Williams, 170 South Main Street, Suite 900, Salt Lake City, Utah 84111, and I have been asked by our clients Steven C. Davis and several other shareholders in Kanco Energy, Inc. to request the Bureau of Land Managernent (“BLM”) to examine its records and explain what appear to be serious discrepancies or omissions relating to these claims, which were filed and maintained on behalf of Kelly Minerals, Inc. Mr. Davis was the president of Kanco Energy, Inc. and the assignee (on behalf of Kanco Energy) of Kelly Minerals, Inc.’s Golden Age and Golden Eagle Mining Claims, through a 1992 quit claim deed resolving a 1984 transaction between Kelly Minerals and Kanco Energy respecting transfer of these mining claims from Kelly Minerals to Kanco.
Kelly Minerals, Inc. was incorporated March 31, 1978. On June 2, 1978, an agent for
Kelly Minerals, Inc. named Marion Birch recorded the referenced mining claims with the Nyc
County Recorder in Book 219. On August 23, 1978, BLM referred to “Serial Number N MC-
2246 1 through 22479, identified as the Golden Age Claims # 1 - #19 and asked for copies of
location certificates showing recordation information about the claims.
On September 25, 1978, Kelly Minerals, Inc., by Shirley 3. Harlan, sent copies of the location certificates, which had been amended to record them in the name of Kelly Minerals, Inc., with recording on September 6, 1978, Nyc County Recorder Book 224, pages 555 through 596, file numbers 70806 through 70828. BLM records indicate that BLM continued to use the BLM serial numbers BLM had assigned to the same claims on August 23, 1978. Following instructions from a BLM employee, Kelly Minerals claims had even been re-staked before the

amended recording was made with the Nye County Recorder. The re-staking was done by Shirley J. Harlan, H. Clyde Davis and Steven Davis.
Since BLM assigns the serial numbers for mining claims located in Nevada (the “N MC” numbers that appear on its correspondence), we request an explanation why BLM did not assign new N MC serial numbers to the claims upon receiving information that the claims had been amended and refiled in the corporate name of Kelly Minerals, Inc. rather than in the name of an individual agent who had acted on behalf of Kelly Minerals, Inc.
In December, 1 983, BLM sent a certified lertez to H. B. Lane declaring the Golden Eagle # 1-4 and Golden Age  1-19, N MC-22457-22479 certificates as null and void. Although the records indicate that BLM also wrote to one other person, the records fail to show any notice whatsoever to Kelly Minerals, Inc. A recent letter from the Nevada Secretary of State indicates that Kelly Minerals was a viable Nevada corporation until January, 1987. As such, we believe it was fully entitled to notice so that its rights, titles and interests could have been protected and any discrepancy in BLM records could have been resolved. We request an explanation why BLM made the claims null and void and failed to notify Kelly Minerals — since the records show that timely and appropriate assessment work on the claims had been performed each and ever year as required by law.
In 1 984, H. B. Lavne, although he had been a shareholder of Kelly Minerals, together with certain others, includin2 Shirley Harlan (who had been involved in filing the original and amended Kelly Mineral location certificates for the Golden Eagle and Golden Age claims) and possibly one or more other persons, took advantaQe of the BLM December 1983 error and restaked (the second re-staking so far as we can tell) the identical Golden Eagle and Golden Age claims on behalf of themselves. This 1984 re-staking would have been recognized had the BLM records been examined or if BLM had assigned Kelly Minerals its own numbers in September, 1978 when the initial agent’s use of his own name on the filing instead of the proper corporate name of the claims was filed upon recommendation of a BLM employee.
We have enclosed copies of some of the documentation that has recently been made available to us to facilitate your examination and response to these questions.
In summary, we have requested an explanation why Kelly Minerals was not assigned its own number when the claims were re-staked and re-filed with the Nyc County Recorder in September, 1978; why BLM declared the Kelly Minerals claims to be nufl and void in 1983, without notice to Kelly Minerals and, apparently, without reviewing the amended filing materials that had been received by BLM; and finally, why the 1984 re-staking and filing by H. B. Laync (not by Kelly Minerals) was permitted.

Paul wrote a brave letter to Hinckley (see below) because he was inspired by God to do so and because he had powerful and convicing documents that confirmed, independently, Steve Davis' impeccable documentation of the theft of his gold mine through actions by the LDS Church and through Zions Bank, Barrick Gold, the Rothschilds, etc. For having written this hesitant, questioning letter to President Hinckley, Paul Young was later set up to be discredited and was illegally sent to prison for three and a half years of his life!  

Other attorneys have represented Steve Davis and have been disbarred, (Richard Johnson, Richard Coxen, Martin Tanner~ disclosed his life had been threatened and his car sabotaged~, and others who played minor roles), sent to jail, been bought off with their livelihood, safety, temple recommends and church membership threatened OR have myseriously DIED!  . A complete list would involve 18 law firms and over 60 attorneys who warned others so the names are too numerous, but does include "Danite Warrior" yes-man liar/lawyer Richard (DICK) Nemelka who once represented Steve and, despite conflict of interest, later represented many others to help the church destroy and discredit Steve and/or Karen Davis. 

Brilliant female attorney M. Karlynn Hinman, slandered for being a female by Dallin H. Oaks and therefore quit her partnership at Kirton and McKonkie (evil law firm for the church with over 100 attorneys), "suffered" a fake heart in order to distance herself from Steve Davis. She did this to preserve her life, membership, and career even though she was convinced of the theft of Steve's gold mine. She had previously documented her expert legal opinion of this THEFT and it precedes (see above) Paul Young's letter given below.

The "death" or hit list of just some of those who became inconvenient or who associated with, listened to, repented, and/or supported Steve Davis include Attorney Lamont MIlls, UT State Deputy Treasurer Douglas E. Johnson, Hubert (Pappy) B. Lane (sold Gold mine property to Steven; partner with Steve's dad, H Clyde Davis, Paul H. Dunn, Dr. Richard Veterli, Joseph Stumph, Alan Barnes (controlled son-in-law to Gordon B. Hinckly and involved in SLOC bribery corruption including prostitution, SLC neighborhood sex rings), Dr. Eugene Buckner (still living, but took early retirement after being told to deny rape on BYU campus), Attorney Jeffery H. Hubbard, Harold E. Davis, H. Clyde Davis, Elite Lady Grace Yamomoto, Pat Westphal, David Macomber, Neal A. Maxwell, Howard W. Hunter, Ezra Taft Benson (told members "we are a condemned church" and never spoke publically again), Daryl Geiger (church security; was shown hoaxed/hologram UFO display by church leaders which he disclosed before he was murdered) . Artificially-induced heart attacks, nontraceable poisoning (too much potassium in Harold B. Lee's IV), fast acting diseases, or accidents* have all been witnessed, disclosed, and have occured throughout LDS history past and present. Read Ann Eliza Young's testimony written in 1876, crying forth from the dust, "The 19th Wife" which discloses the horror of polygamy for ALL women and the many murders during Brigham Young's tyrannical rule blamed on the Indians to take out apostates, gentiles, and/or undesireables who needed to be silenced.

*  Howard W. Hunter, read a report given to him by Steve Davis (handwritten copy available) in a October 1994 General Priesthood session about the responsibility of members to point out the errors of their leaders. He disclosed to Steve Davis, which violated his blood oath, the very serious blood oath of loyalty all upper church leaders take which later caused an unsuccessful car "accident" which left Hunter crippled. He served as "Prophet"/President of the church for only a short time after this. 

*  Doug Johnson; decapitated by sabotaged car accident to prevent him from paying Steve a judgment that had been awarded.
