Dear Bishop Rustand,

            I appreciate the phone call I received from your Stake President this past Monday threatening to have me arrested if I step foot on any LDS Church property.  Since 2007 I have notified local police agencies, whenever I enter onto any LDS Church property that back in 2003 BYU Bishop Gary Stott had caused a very serious criminal act through his employment against me.  Under the directions of President Gordon B. Hinckley, President Thomas S. Monson and President James E. Faust, Utah County Judge Gary Stott illegally altered a civil contempt of court document to read as a CRIMINAL ACT.  It dealt with a pending Utah County slander litigation against my wife’s former employer, James Cross and Defendant Gordon B. Hinckley.  On November 27, 2009 I received a letter from FBI Public Corrupt Unit Chief Luis A. Valez Jr, Washington DC Office authorizing the St. Louis FBI Office to investigate a formal complaint about the above deliberate criminal actions by Utah Judge Gary Stott giving false information to the FBI.

            Due to my whistle blowing activity of documented illegal acts by LDS church leaders, On May 3, 2010 Kirton & McConkie wrote me a letter threatening to have me arrested if I step foot on any LDS Church property.  Why didn’t you arrest me when I attended your church services some weeks ago?  Why didn’t any of the LDS Institute of Religion bishops contact the Tucson police last Sunday?  In July, 2011 I hired Thomas D. Laue, UDALL LAW FIRM, as my Arizona personal attorney.  I welcome you, Bishop Rustand to call Thomas L. Monson, son to President Thomas S. Monson at the Kirton & McConkie law firm for legal advice in your dealings with myself or anyone else at my address within your ward boundaries.

            Brother David Paradise, employee working on LDS Church property in Salt Lake Valley just moved in your ward.  He was just fired and on July 22, 2011 notified his fellow associates, employees of the LDS Church (Brothers Perkins, Norman, Carlisle, Gifford, Driscoll and Braithwaite, attached) that he will be pursuing his employer in federal court for discrimination.  Are you going to interview Brother Paradise and warn him of a Church Court against him for associating with me?

            Bishop J. Spencer Fluhman, Cedar Hills 9^th Ward, just received a letter from me supporting a request for my Temple Marriage cancellation with my ex-wife, Kristi Ann Vincent.  Please call Kristi (801-756-6222) and she will confirm to you that I am not excommunicated from the LDS Church.  She refused to attend a Church Court by Highland Utah East Stake President Stephen M. Studdert on December 10, 1995 because my church records had been transferred to Provo, Utah and because I was out of state and never notified.  I appealed that hearing in December, 1995 (D&C 102:27) and never had been granted an APPEAL HEARING, as granted by the Lord through the Prophet Joseph Smith Jr.

            In the LDS Church Handbook of Instructions, President Hinckley and President Monson have a CONFLICT OF INTEREST and through instructions cannot be involved in my Appeal.  Also it states that only Jesus Christ has the authority to excommunicate any member who has accepted to be baptized in His Church.

            Please contact Area General Authority Michael Reall in Columbia, Missouri.  He was my Missouri Stake President for nearing 8 years.  He’s employed as the Institute Director, University of Missouri.  He and I have an excellent relationship.  He has never told me not to attend any church meetings.

            I am a full tithe payer and have participated in tithing settlements all my life, especially in Missouri since 2003. I am a firm believer of the original Book of Mormon as translated by Joseph Smith. In fact, I have investigated authenticated, carbon-dated artifacts (Hopewell Culture, Ohio and Smithsonian Museums) confirming the central part of the United States as the location of the Nephites, also confirmed by Joseph Smith in church history regarding the location of the City of Manti in Randolph County, Missouri. 

             I am fully aware of the scriptures and how they pertain to the condition of the church today (D&C 3:1-11, D&C 64, D&C 112, D&C 124, 1 Nephi 13, 2 Nephi 28, etc. To confirm the prophesied corruption, top church leaders sitting on Zions Bank board were involved with illegal activities and serious theft of my assets, such as, a multi-billion dollar gold mine, $40,000 theft from a family bank account (this resulted in a lawsuit by my father and myself against Zions which was settled out of court due to overwhelming evidence), a set-up illegal adoption, “disappearance” of court files and evidence, and also illegal and confirmed sabotage of vehicles, illegal and confirmed wiretapping, slander, etc.

            Furthermore, the original Book of Mormon clearly teaches that polygamy is and always has been an “abomination” of the Lord and was the cause of the destruction of the Nephites (Jacob 2:23-24, Jacob 3). The evil fruits of polygamy can be seen today with the ridicule of the church due to the adulterous lives of Joseph Smith and Brigham Young (including young women/girls and married wives) and other church leaders which influenced the immoral life today of Warren Jeffs of the FLDS. Utah today has the highest rate of depression nationally due to the continued suppression of women due to false teachings of the church (U.S. Census 2004 to present). Historically, Doctrine & Covenants 132 was not added until 1880 to politically justify polygamy which conflicts with the teachings of Jesus Christ regarding the sanctity of marriage between one man and one woman. D. Michael Quinn, award-winning LDS historian, shows that historically Joseph Smith did repent of polygamy and masonry prior to his death (Origins, p. 645-6).

             Also, the Book of Mormon clearly warns against “Secret Combinations” which is practiced in all LDS temples with satanic Masonic rituals which requires a secret oath of loyalty to the church. Please read the teachings of Jesus Christ when he commands us to “NEVER swear an oath”, not by your neck or even by heaven as “it comes of evil”. In addition, Moses 5:29 which provide the origin of Masonry where Satan requires an oath of secrecy from Cain prior to the murder of Abel.  

             When the LDS church leaders repent and the church is cleansed from corrupt beliefs which violate the “plain and precious” teachings of the original Book of Mormon and the early pure years of the church, then multitudes will flock to the church rather than leave in droves as evidenced today. After the church is cleansed (as prophesied in the BoM), there will no longer be a “King” position and there will be a body of authentic apostles composed of 12 women and 12 men as foretold in Revelations and after the pattern set by Jesus Christ. Joseph Smith was commanded to be an apostle. He violated this command and became a King/Prophet over the people and thus died after “seven good years and seven bad years” a type and shadow rather than fleeing to the Rocky Mountains to fully repent and “to live to be an age of a tree”.

            Marc Galen Taylor, my step-son and son to Karen Rae Davis, my eternal sweetheart and wife, will be moving into your ward boundaries this month from Macon, Missouri.  When Marc was 18 years old and in the BYU 7^th Stake, he served in an Elder’s Quorum Presidency, authorized by Stake President Mike Alhander, son-in-law to Apostle Neal A. Maxwell.  I knew Mike at Provo high school in the 1960s.  My father, Dr. H. Clyde Davis PhD ordained Marc an elder.

            Back in March, 2002 Karen Rae Davis, Marc Galen Taylor and I sued the Corporation of the President of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in the Utah federal courts for slander.  The 10^th Circuit Court of Appeals in Denver, overturned the dismissal and any of us can sue this entity in any State Court in the US.  You are a registered agent of this Utah entity.  My personal friend, President Harold B. Lee, dissolved this Utah Corporate Sole on November 19, 1973.  If you or anyone else attempts to harass me, Karen, Marc or David Paradise, you will be sued under this “case law”.

            Please let my former high school basketball coach Ed Nymeyer know that I will be suing him because he was directly involved in a fraudulent UTAH DELAYED CERTIFICATE OF BIRTH with Clyde and Anna Belle Davis back in November, 1965.  I could not play basketball at Flowing Wells High School without proof of my birth.  Ed falsely claimed Clyde and Anna Belle as my parents to the Arizona High School Athletic Association.  In 2003 Clyde Davis confessed to me that he wasn’t my birthfather.  Anna Belle’s younger brother, DeMar Rust, is my birthfather.  Attached is a wedding picture of myself with Clyde and his sons, Rod, Wade and Doug.  Both Clyde and Anna Belle died in 2006 (attached funeral program in Provo, Utah).

            Back in 1999 President Gordon B. Hinckley wrote a letter to my Nevada/Utah attorney Paul J. Young.  In response to this letter from President’s Hinckley’s Executive Secretary, Brother Young wrote two letters in June and July, 1999 informing President Hinckley that he and Zions First National Bank owed me at least $20 Billion in banking fraud.  I highly recommend you seek legal advice, like I have done when I rented an apartment in your ward boundaries.

The Mormon Church e.g. "The Great and Abominable Church" (1 Nephi 13) is under condemnation by God due to its "follies and abominations" e.g. polygamy, masonry, altering the Book of Mormon, etc. (D&C 124:47-48) will become cleansed as Prophesied upon Repentance of the Following:

Polygamy :  Still believed in by the LDS Church & practiced in all LDS Temples with “Celestial Sealings”! Polygamy has  ALWAYS “an abomination of the Lord” Jacob 2:23-24 and is an evil suppression and possession of women due to the CARNAL DESIRES of men as Joseph Smith (who later repented) was warned against by God! (D&C 3:1-11). Brigham Young was an evil 33^rddegree Mason who wanted polygamy to continue at all costs. Joseph Smith was Masonically murdered after his historically documented and historically suppressed repentance (LDS historian, D. Michael Quinn, Origins of Power p. 645-646)

Masonry :   Practiced in ALL LDS Temples with a blood oath to obey and to keep secret the satanic consecration to the church rather than to God of “time, talents, and all you do possess or suffer your life to be taken.” All Temple recommend holders are Required to take a SATANIC Blood Oath specifically warned against by God to “NEVER take an oath as it comes from evil.” This warning is found in the Bible and in the3 Nephi 36-37 and originated with Satan teaching Cain to swear an oath of Secrecy  (Moses 5:29) or else “suffer your life to be taken.” All members had to make actions of Slitting of the throat, heart, and intestines as an enactment of LDS Masonic temple penalties. These penalties were taken out in 1990, BUT are still ASSUMED today!.

Alteration of Book of Mormon:  The Book of Mormon was altered with the second printing in 1837 with over 3,000 changes contrary to the warnings of Mormon and Moroni to NOT ALTERL the Book of Mormon as it was pure, but not perfect (Luciferic). The “Learned Men” inserted numerous “the Son of” to alter the true identity of God e.g. that Jesus Christ IS the Eternal Father as clearly taught in Alma 11:23-40, Ether 3:14, Mosiah 15:1-5, etc.  For example; “Mary, mother of God” was changed to “Mary, mother of the Son of God”. We separate from our Spirits when we incarnate to this earth with our Intelligence and our Soul while our Spirit remains in Heaven as our connection to God and to cause us to forget our previous existence. Thus, when Christ was upon this earth His Spirit was the Eternal Father. Priesthood Restored to LDS Women:   In the early PURE years of the church, all men (blacks) and ALL Women upon baptism held the priesthood as stated in church history. Award winning LDS historian was excommunicated because he wrote the truth that women held the priesthood equal to men along with Blacks (Elijah Abel, etc.).

Kingship position eliminated:   Joseph Smith was commanded to become an apostle only. He did not obey and proclaimed himself a Prophet/President of the church. This elite position is a type and shadow of the wicked King Noah, also a President of the church, of the Book of Mormon who had 12 high priests who interpreted the dreams of the people e.g. “when the Prophet has spoken, the thinking has been done.” This blind obedience to a “King” is spiritual slaver in the extreme as Joseph Smith warned (Millennial Star, Issue 14). Christ set apostles (women as well as men as verified in divinely preserved early Christian records omitted from the Bible) as a body to be a witness of Him (not to be on bank boards, etc.). During the Millennium there will be 12 women and 12 men to be witnesses of Christ as given in the book of Revelations.

Joseph Smith had seven good years and then seven bad years as prophesied when you read 2 Nephi 3 with Spiritual insight. Thus, the church went into condemnation “for its follies and abominations which ye do practice before me saith the Lord” (D&C 124) as stated above and today needs REPENTANCE and CLEANSING as prophesied (D&C 112, 64, etc.) This requires “One Mighty and Strong” (2 Nephi 3:24, D&C 85:7) to bring to pass (after Joseph’s restoration) “much restoration” needed due to “prophets that cause my people to err” (2Nephi 19:16) to wake up the Saints who have been “led carefully down to hell” by leaders who state “All is Well in Zion” like Gordon B. Hinckley in General Conference in 1996. (2 Nephi 28:21).

AFTER the Church is Cleansed due to the actions of all Truth Seekers, THEN the original Book of Mormon will cover the earth and teach the true identity of God e.g. Jesus Christ IS the Eternal Father in Heaven. Missionary work will propsper (outside of Utah, the LDS church is considered a cult and very unpopular in the United States), and the Cities of Peace will then be built.

The "Prophet" and "Apostles" have all taken a serious Satanic Blood Oath (secret combinations) and need to repent of all of the above sins, follies, and abominations. They (Hinckley, Monson, Packard, etc.) all need to repent and make restitution for all of the wealthy member's assets which have been stolen through Zion's Bank. For example, a billion dollar gold mine belonging to Steven C Davis, a 500 million dollar ranch belonging to Alan Cook and family, copper mine stolen from Clyde Davis, etc... The gold mine of Steven C Davis has clear proof of ownership and the documented paper trail of the theft and ALL of the players including Zions Bank, Barrick Gold, Alan Bond, Bank of New York, Bank of Montreal, Bank of Nova Scotia, N.M. Rothschild and Sons, Ltd. (Bank of England), Harris Savings Bank in Chicago (CIA entity/front), Fluer Corporation, Ernst & Young, CPA firm, Dick Cheney, Bush, Sr., Lac Minerals Ltd., Bond International Gold, Kerr-McGee/Tronix, Mountain West Resources (Mike Fitzgerald), Brigham Young University, Gordon B. Hinckley, Thomas S. Monson, Boyd K. Packard, Neal A Maxwell (repented and confessed exposing his peers), Russell M. Nielson, L. Tom Perry, Richard G. Scott, etc....

The Church Leaders have been JUSTIFIED in stealing wealthy member's assets due to the Satanic/Idolatrous consecration of "all the time, talents, and all that ye do possess" to the church rather than to GOD! This is idolatry and has been used to justify THEFT, Murder (Blood Atonement), Lies, and Hypocritical actions of the false Prophet and Apostles as clearly warned of in D&C 64:38-40. "And liars and hypocrites shall be proved by them (awakened members of the church), and they who are not apostles and prophets (but claim to be) shall be known. And even the bishop, who is a judge, and his counselors...shall be condemned..."

Today HE COMES as a Thief in the Night. The uninspired LDS leaders have depicted the Book of Mormon site as Central America and are too prideful to admit their mistake. The landing sites included Florida (Lehi/Nephi) and the Great Lakes ("oceans") area for the Jaredites. The Book of Mormon's translation by Joseph Smith (before he did his "own will and carnal desires" e.g. masonry, polygamy, took away the priesthood from the women (and blacks), and altered the Book of Mormon with the second printing) did fulfill prophesy and the Lord's will. Research "the Hopewell culture" and note the timeline given for the carbon dating of thousands of artifacts and note how it corresponds to the destruction/demise of the Nephite people (practiced "abominable" polygamy and was no longer protected by God Jacob 2:23-24, Jacob 3).

We know the Joseph Smith, during a time of repentance and communication with God, prophetically stated that Randolph County, MO had originally been the site of the City of Manti in the Book of Mormon. During Steve's NDE he saw the Mississippi river as the River Sidon, with Utah as the site of the Gadianton Robbers and the formation of the Rocky Mountains, Niagra Falls, etc. during the massive world upheaval talked about in the Book of Mormon that occurred during the Crucifixion of Christ (three days of darkness) when the Jerusalem temple was "rent in twain" with "diver earthquakes.  Many of these ancient America artifacts depict Christ, the cross, the Jewish Menorrah, the dove at the baptism of Christ, etc. The prophet Jeramiah and his and the King's family (daughters Zarah and Hemla) along with Solomon's Treasures and the Ark of the Covenant also left in boats prior to Babylon's invasion and ended up in AMERICA!

Steve was shown this and the treasures of the earth, including the "Lord's Gold Mine" which he purchased 18 years after his NDE and which was then stolen through Zion's Bank, Barrick Gold, bought of Judges, Lawyers, BLM, etc. just as God told him. Now the tide is turning and we get it all back for the building of the Cities of Peace which scriptures foretell will be built before the next Coming of the Lord! 

Today, Christ Comes as a Thief in the Night to those with a pure heart (witnessed by other) just as the Millennium began as a Thief in the Night on April 6, 2000.This is confirmed by an understanding of the scriptures in Revelations which prophesied the "overlapping of the sixth and seventh seals", meaning the 6,000 years (of Lucifer's evil influence) and the commencement of the 7,000th year reign --1,000 years--of this earth blessed by the Lord's influence. 

Today is a transition period of corruption being exposed (via the internet--Isaiah's "shouting from the rooftops") and divine truths being revealed as given at this site! Steve Davis is only Steve Davis, who knows the truth, has fulfilled a 50 year mission for the Lord filled with actions not understood nor to be judged by uninspired people!  In Heaven,there are NO religions, only TRUTH!
