Child and Sexual Abuse at Church-Owned Institutions have happened for hundreds of years without any protection to the victims.  This includes the Catholic, Muslim, Mormon, Protestant, and other great religions all over the world.  Governments are now taking financial responsibilities for their cover-up and direct involvements.

The Irish government already has funded a parallel compensation system that has paid 12,000 abuse victims an average of euro65,000 ($90,000). About 2,000 claims remain outstanding.

Archbishop slams Irish Catholic orders over abuse

DUBLIN(AP, 5/25/09) – Dublin Archbishop Diarmuid Martin slammed Irish Catholic orders Monday for concealing their culpability in decades of child abuse and said they needed to come up with much more money to compensate victims.

The comments from Martin, a veteran Vatican diplomat, were the harshest yet by a Roman Catholic leader following last week's report detailing widespread abuse in scores of church-run industrial schools from the 1930s to 1990s.

Martin said the nuns and Catholic brothers who ran the workhouse-style schools must drop their refusal to re-negotiate an intensely criticized 2002 agreement with the Irish government over compensation for victims.

The orders seven years ago agreed to pay euro128 million ($175 million) to the government to be protected from victims' civil lawsuits. In return, the government expects to pay approximately 13,800 victims of physical, sexual and mental abuse and their lawyers more than euro1.1 billion ($1.5 billion).

All those who accept the state settlements, which average euro65,000 ($90,000), must waive their right to sue both the church and government. Their abusers' identities also are kept secret.

Scores of other alleged victims have refused the offer and sued church and state authorities, with mixed results.

The archbishop — whose archdiocese contains more than 1 million of the island's 4 million Catholics — said in an Irish Times column that the church in Ireland has lost credibility because of its weak response to 15 years of revelations of chronic child abuse within its ranks.

Martin said many church leaders remained "in denial" following a nine-year investigation by a child abuse commission, which published a devastating 2,600-page report five days before.

He said the report documented beyond any doubt "church institutions where children were placed in the care of people with practically no morals." The last of those schools for Ireland's poorest children closed more than a decade ago.

The archbishop accused the orders of falling short even on the amount promised to the government. He said the church's failure to complete transfers of cash, property and land worth at least euro128 million over the past seven years "is stunning."

"There may have been legal difficulties, but they are really a poor excuse after so many years," he wrote.

Ireland's most senior leader, Cardinal Sean Brady, later issued a more muted appeal to the orders to give more, saying the 2002 agreement "should be revisited."

The cardinal — who does not have the power to force the orders to pay more — said he and other Irish church leaders expected to meet soon in Rome with Pope Benedict XVI to discuss the scandal. No date has been confirmed.

The Conference of Religious in Ireland, the umbrella body for the church's 138 orders of Catholic priests, brothers and nuns in Ireland, said its members were open to the idea of increasing funds for counseling and educational services for victims and their families.

But the conference said the 18 orders that ran industrial schools did not want to surrender the existing financial and legal agreement.

"Rather than reopening the terms of the agreement reached with (the) government in 2002, we reiterate our commitment to working with those who suffered enormously while in our care," the 18 orders said in a joint statement.

The government says it has received about euro62 million in cash and church-funded counseling services for abuse victims, while the outstanding euro66 million was to come from the receipt of 64 church properties.

Analysis by independent experts indicates that the offered properties are worth much less today than euro66 million. Ireland's 2008 property market collapse and plunge into recession have slashed values by 25 percent to 50 percent.

Martin said the religious orders must identify "creative ways" to redeem their reputations.

"In many ways, it is your last chance to render honor to charismatic founders and to so many good members of your congregations who feel tarnished," he said.

Martin, 64, became the church's leader in Dublin in 2004 with a mission to handle the fallout from sex-abuse scandals. Last month he warned Dublin's Catholic faithful they will be shocked when the next investigation into clerical sex abuse is published this summer.

That Justice Department-commissioned probe seeks to detail how hundreds of priests molested and raped children in Dublin from the 1940s onward while church and state authorities failed to report, punish or stop the abuse.

"It will not be easy reading," Martin wrote. "Let the truth, however, come out."

DUBLIN (AP, May 20, 2009) – A fiercely debated, long-delayed investigation into Ireland's Roman Catholic-run institutions says priests and nuns terrorized thousands of boys and girls in workhouse-style schools for decades — and government inspectors failed to stop the chronic beatings, rapes and humiliation.

Nine years in the making, Wednesday's 2,600-page report sides almost completely with the horrific reports of abuse from former students sent to more than 250 church-run, mostly residential institutions.

It concluded that church officials always shielded their orders' pedophiles from arrest to protect their own reputations and, according to documents uncovered in the Vatican, knew that many pedophiles were serial attackers.

The commission said overwhelming, consistent testimony from still-traumatized men and women, now in their 50s to 80s, had demonstrated beyond a doubt that the entire system treated children more like prison inmates and slaves than people with legal rights and human potential.

"A climate of fear, created by pervasive, excessive and arbitrary punishment, permeated most of the institutions and all those run for boys. Children lived with the daily terror of not knowing where the next beating was coming from," the final report of Ireland's Commission to Inquire Into Child Abuse concluded.

More than 30,000 children deemed to be petty thieves, truants or from dysfunctional families — a category that often included unmarried mothers — were sent to Ireland's austere network of industrial schools, reformatories, orphanages and hostels from the 1930s until the last church-run facilities shut in the 1990s.

The report, unveiled by High Court Justice Sean Ryan, found that molestation and rape were "endemic" in boys' facilities, chiefly run by the Christian Brothers order, and supervisors pursued policies that increased the danger. Girls supervised by orders of nuns, chiefly the Sisters of Mercy, suffered much less sexual abuse but frequent assaults and humiliation designed to make them feel worthless.

"In some schools a high level of ritualized beating was routine. ... Girls were struck with implements designed to maximize pain and were struck on all parts of the body," the report said. "Personal and family denigration was widespread."

Victims of the system have long demanded that the truth of their experiences be documented and made public, so that children in Ireland never endure such suffering again.

But most leaders of religious orders have rejected the allegations as exaggerations and lies, and testified to the commission that any abuses were the responsibility of often long-dead individuals.

The report proposed 21 ways the government could recognize past wrongs, including building a permanent memorial, providing counseling and education to victims and improving Ireland's current child protection services.

But its findings will not be used for criminal prosecutions — in part because the Christian Brothers successfully sued the commission in 2004 to keep the identities of all of its members, dead or alive, unnamed in the report. No real names, whether of victims or perpetrators, appear in the final document.

Irish church leaders and religious orders all declined to comment Wednesday, citing the need to read the massive document first. The Vatican also declined to comment.

The commission dismissed as implausible a central defense of the religious orders — that, in bygone days, people did not recognize the sexual abuse of a child as a criminal offense, but rather as a sin that required repentance.

In their testimony, religious orders typically cited this as the principal reason why sex-predator priests and brothers were sheltered within the system and moved to new posts where they could still maintain daily contact with children.

But the commission said its fact-finding — which included unearthing decades-old church files, chiefly stored in the Vatican, on scores of unreported abuse cases from Ireland's industrial schools — demonstrated that officials understood exactly what was at stake: their own reputations.

It cited numerous examples where school managers told police about child abusers who were not church officials — but never did when one of their own had committed the crime.

"Contrary to the congregations' claims that the recidivist nature of sexual offending was not understood, it is clear from the documented cases that they were aware of the propensity for abusers to re-abuse," it said.

Religious orders were chiefly concerned about preventing scandal, not the danger to children, it said.

The commission also condemned Ireland's Education Department for aiding the abusive culture through infrequent, toothless inspections that deferred to church authority.

Inspectors were supposed to restrict the use of corporal punishment and make sure the children were adequately fed, clothed and educated — but the report called those inspections "fundamentally flawed."

It said a lone inspector was responsible for monitoring more than 50 industrial schools, schools were told about the visits in advance and inspectors rarely talked to the children.

Wednesday's report also highlighted the rarity of human kindness in the institutions.

"A word of consideration or encouragement, or an act of sympathy or understanding, had a profound effect. Adults in their 60s and 70s recalled seemingly insignificant events that had remained with them all their lives," the report said.

"Often the act of kindness, recalled in such a positive light, arose from the simple fact that the staff member had not given a beating when one was expected."

The Catholic Church in the United States has had many "charm schools" for girls where sexual abuse and Mind Control has been terrible.  Recently the abuse against boys in the US Catholic Church has been exposed.  The same needs to happen in protection of Catholic Women.

Last September, 2008 at the Moberly Area Chamber of Commerce, Randolph County, Missouri annual banquet Rulon Gardner, 2000 Gold Medalist Olympian, was the keynote speaker. Many Catholic youth appreciated his kind words of wisdom of never giving up. ATLAS Cities of Commerce (“ATLAS”) are constructing a Museum and Research Center honoring the heritages of Native Americans. Karen Davis is part Cherokee. ATLAS relocated to Randolph County, Missouri back in 2003 and honor Clyde's close relationship with many great Missouri friends he had since the 1940s when he, as a twenty year old had a bi-weekly radio program during World War II in the Mid-West, comforting the general public through his knowledge and daily use of the Bible.

ATLAS believes that parts of the treasures of King Solomon’s Temple are located in a cavern in Southern Illinois that will be displayed in our Museum.  ATLAS will be opening up this cave later this year, in co-operation with the National Museum of Washington DC.  

As a young man growing up in Tucson, Arizona Steve Davis learned to separate church and state because of the capacity of his father for the US Government.  Clyde held the highest position of confidentiality and secrecy as the Geologist for the United States between 1953 to his death on April 15, 2006.  He was in charge of all mineral development on over 450 Million acres, all owned by We the People.  It didn’t matter who was in the White House.  His signature was required on all federal lands.  He taught Steve Davis to be an American Christian, open to all faiths and practices which supported the statement, In God We Trust.  In 1974 Steve commenced his professional mining engineering consulting company to visit various mining properties and doing economic development forecasts on various private and public lands, profit and non-profit research.  By 1978 he had enhanced his expertise to include aerospace engineering and developments.  During that time Steve had been on National Radio with former California Governor Ronald Reagan promoting the largest US Bi-Centennial activity, AMERICAN HALL OF AVIATION HISTORY, near LAX.  At a G-7 Meeting President Reagan endorsed the Kanco/ATLAS Pilotless Air Cargo project in January, 1989.  Steve was invited to become a member of an international economic leadership back in 2001 through Lady Grace Yamamoto of Japan.  Japan is the #2 economy in the world.  Yoshio Kadono of the Japanese Royal Family met with Karen and Steve Davis at the government offices of the Free Vietnamese (Costa Mesa, California) back in January, 2001 and personally invited them to Osaka, Japan for formal meetings, commencing on January 26, 2001.  A special NASA Joint Venture was created honoring Lady Grace’s contributions in aerospace technology:  G.R.A.C.E. = Gravity Recovery and Climate Experiment:   Twin satellites launched in March 2002, are making detailed measurements of Earth's gravity field which will lead to discoveries about gravity and Earth's natural systems. Isaac Newton, the discoverer of gravity, knew there were problems with his theory. He claims to have invented the idea early in his life, but he knew that no mathematician of his day would approve his theory, so he invented a whole new branch of mathematics, called fluxions, just to “prove” his conclusions. This became calculus, a deeply flawed branch having to do with so-called “infinitesimals” which have never been observed. Then when Einstein invented a new theory of gravity, he, too, used an obscure bit of mathematics called tensors. It seems that every time there is a theory of gravity, it is mixed up with “fringe” mathematics. Newton, by the way, was far from a secular scientist, and the bulk of his writings are actually on theology and Christianity. His dabbling in gravity, alchemy, and calculus was a mere sideline, perhaps an aberration best left forgotten in describing his career and faith in a Creator.

The story of the discovery of the Dead Sea Scrolls in 1947 is that most of these manuscripts were created during a period from about 150 BC to perhaps AD 70 when Jerusalem was destroyed by the Romans in the First Jewish War. Thus they encompass the period of early Christianity upon which they shed a great deal of light. They show that the authors of the New Testament - of the four Gospels in particular - have borrowed heavily from the Qumran texts. Their borrowings include both the subject matter of the Gospels as well as their language, imagery and style. In fact, many features that we now regard as being unique to the Gospels - like the Davidic Messiah as the Son of God, and the persecution and killing of such a messianic teacher - are found in Qumran documents dating to at least a century before the birth of Christ. A close study of these texts raises basic questions about both the uniqueness and the originality of Christianity.

On 15 December 1969, Albino Luciani was appointed Patriarch of Venice by Pope Paul VI and took possession of the archdiocese on 3 February 1970. In 1970 Cardinal Bishop Luciani contacted my father, Dr. H. Clyde Davis, because in 1967 a Yaqui Indian gold mountain located in, Sonora, Mexico had been donated to the people of Mexico to finance education for all citizens.  This sacred mountain contained Billions of dollars worth of ancient gold and Spanish Conquistador artifacts.  85% of Mexico is Roman Catholic. 1% of Mexico are Mormons, but they have management the Mexican secondary school system through this special gift.  In the discussions the future Catholic Pope discussed the mysterious death of Mormon President Harold B. Lee on December 26, 1973 because he was cleaning up banking fraud by corrupt Mormon bankers, associated with Robeno Calvi, banker for the Vatican.  Dr. Davis highly recommended him to open up all the financial records and allow the vast majority of the Christian world to know how open Catholics are by exposing all the financial information of the Vatican to the general public.  Clyde was recommending the same to the Mormon Church leaders since 1966. 

Albino Luciani, Cardinal Bishop of Venice was elected to succeed Pope Paul VI on August 26, 1978 and he became Pope John Paul I.  Upon assuming office the new Pope moved with impressive speed. He concentrated on cleaning up the financial mess in the Vatican Bank.  What particularly concerned John Paul was the link between the Vatican Bank and Robeno Calvi's Banco Ambrosiano with its unsavory reputation as a money laundering outfit.  Pope John Paul 1 exposed 121 Vatican leaders as criminals to the Italian law enforcement officials, including Cardinal Cody of Chicago.  The Pope wanted to co-operate within Italian laws and remove immunity because of the Vatican's position as a sovereign state.  Some time between 9.30 p.m. on September 28 and 5.00 a.m. on September 29, 1978, Albino Luciani, Pope John Paul I died under mysterious circumstances. As revealed to Dr. H. Clyde Davis by Cardinal Luciani, Robeno Calvi was the banker to the Vatican. He was the chairman of Banco Ambrosiano of Milan of which the Vatican was the largest shareholder. He and his bank had been brought to the brink of bankruptcy because of bad investments and corruption.  Just before his death (murdered) on June 17, 1982  Calvi claimed the Vatican lost not less than 50 billion Swiss francs or 15 billion dollars.  His secretary Graziella Corrocher had also been murdered a few hours before his death.  The movie, Godfather III, was a story about Albino Luciani and why he was murdered.

Karen and Steve Davis moved to Moberly, Randolph County, Missouri in 2004 because of the Cecil V. Fretwell Family and Vatican connections they have had since the 1960s.  In 1961 Cecil’s son, Stanley Fretwell was visiting the Vatican while he was a college student in Jerusalem to become a Rabbi.  Stanley photographed the Dead Sea Scrolls with a retired New Jersey cop holding them up.  In 1985, my computer company at UCLA translated them.  Because of this close relationship my family has in these translations, the Vatican Film Library at St. Louis University was established.  Until 2010 this is the top location for Vatican research while the Vatican Library in Rome is closing for a three-year renovation.

Vatican Library in Rome Closes: Saint Louis University Becomes Hub for World's Leading Scholars    ST. LOUIS -- On Saturday, July 14, 2007 the Vatican Library in Rome is closing for a three-year renovation. The closure will make Missouri’s Saint Louis University's renowned Vatican Film Library even more important for the world's leading scholars and researchers.  One of the world's oldest public libraries, the Vatican Library, has closed for rebuilding.  It is not expected to reopen before September 2010.

The Knights of Columbus Vatican Film Library, located in the University's Pius XII Memorial Library, holds microfilm copies of approximately 37,000 of the Vatican Library's 70,000 manuscript codices. Because of this extensive collection, officials from Rome are encouraging scholars to come to St. Louis, Missouri during the renovation period.  Holding major portions of the Vatican's Greek, Latin and Western European vernacular collections as well as materials in Arabic, Ethiopic and Hebrew, the Vatican Film Library at Saint Louis University is one of the largest and most comprehensive libraries in the world for medieval and Renaissance manuscript studies. The Vatican Film Library also has microfilm of some of history's most important treasures, including early complete texts of the Bible and early works of Virgil.

There is very little history about the life of Mulek, son of King Zedekiah, who fled Jerusalem before it was destroyed by King Nebuchadnezzar.  We believe this group of Israelites traveled around Spain, up through Ireland and eventually to the St. Lawrence River, Canada.  You will enjoy the following information my father and I uncovered through many years of research:  There are great things happening here in the homeland USA which deals with sacred items of King Solomon’s Temple and the disappearance of it just before the destruction by the Babylonian Empire, 586 BC.   It deals with artifacts dating back to the time of Moses in the Old Testament which my father, Dr. H. The preservation of this country’s prehistoric and historic heritage has a long tradition of community support and academic and political interest.  Federal preservation legislation, commencing in 1906, reflects the national value and significance that U.S. prehistoric and historic cultural resources possess, whether managed by Federal, State, or local governments or private citizens. As the National Historic Preservation Act asserts. . . the preservation of this irreplaceable heritage is in the public interest so that its vital legacy of cultural, educational, aesthetic, inspirational, economic, and energy benefits will be maintained and enriched for future generations of Americans. Virtually every congressional district contains federally managed sites, structures, or landscapes of prehistoric and historic interests.  

The ATLAS Museum and Research Center will be working as a private college with many local, national and international organizations because we believe the inventory of these ancient cultural resources is far from complete. There are many sites, structures, and landscapes with prehistoric or historic significance which may not be cataloged and protected before they have been destroyed or dramatically altered.  The boundaries separating the practice of archaeology and the preservation of historic structures and historic landscapes are becoming increasingly indistinct. Preservation professionals apply many of the same technologies to the study and conservation of sites, structures, and landscapes we will follow.

It is believed that the tomb of the Prophet Jeremiah is on Devenish Island, Western Ireland.  Historians have dated the location of “Jacob’s Pillar” (Coronation Stone of England) had reached Ireland through a shipwreck in 582 BC.

In 1914 God sent angels to preserve the Allies, who in turn freed the land of Palestine and made the return of the Israelites possible.  At the battle of Mons, August 14, 1914, the British contingent were in danger of annihilation by the Germans in Palestine, but the battle immediately stopped and the British were able to escape through a miracle (Literary Digest, September 15, 1915).  In 1926 the Turks retreated from Old Jerusalem and the destruction of this great city didn’t happen when Allies airplanes appeared and not a single shell was fired against the sacred city by either party.  (“The City of the Great King”, by James T. Nichols, December 19, 1926).  These are histories written after the fact.  Isaiah had as clearly portrayed it beforehand.  “As birds flying, so will the Lord of hosts defend Jerusalem; defending also he will deliver it; and passing over he will preserve it.”  (Isaiah 31:5)

In an effort to document what was written in the Book of Daniel and the Book of Revelation for the establishment of these latter days, 588 BC is the date when the scattering of the holy people happened because the great destruction was wrought by Babylon.  The lost ten tribes of Israel were those who became the people in the “isles of the sea” Celts, and those in Scandinavia countries, beginning about 400 BC.  There was no known invasion of Britain by the Celts; they probably gradually infiltrated into British society through trade and other contact over a period of several hundred years; Druids, the intellectual class of the Celts (their own word for themselves, meaning "the hidden people"), begin a thousand year floruit.  1272 years (1290 Chaldean) from 588 BC brings us to 684 AD.  What happened on this date?  The British Isles abandons the Celtic Christian Church and accepts the faith of Rome.  The Roman brand of Christianity is brought to Britain for the first time by St. Augustine, the missionary sent from Pope Gregory to convert the Saxons. Augustine founded a monastery and the first church at Canterbury, and was proclaimed its first Archbishop.

Prophetic days symbolize so many years:  “I have appointed thee each day for a year.”  (Ezekiel 4:6) 1260 Days:  “a time, times, and a half” is a period otherwise stated, is a year, years and a half or three years and a half.  Now at that time the Chaldean year prevailed, which composed of 360 days, was decidedly shorter than the solar year of 365-1/4 days, such as we use today.  Three and a half Chaldean years therefore will equal 1260 days.  In prophetic parlance signify years, therefore the period before us is 1260 years.  In 1260 Chaldean or calendar years there are 1242 solar years, in 1290 Chaldean years there are 1272 solar years and in the large period of 1335 Chaldean years, there are 1316 solar years.  The date of commencing this period is not stated, but it is connected to a specific date dealing with Babylon (588 BC) to the Roman Empire; and then when the Roman Catholic invaded England (684 AD), or 1272 years (1290 years, Chaldean).

“And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people:  and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time:  and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book.  And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to ever lasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt.  And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever….And from the time that the daily sacrifice shall be taken away, and the abomination that maketh desolate set up, there shall be a thousand two hundred and ninety days.  Blessed is he that waiteth, and cometh to the thousand three hundred and five and thirty days.  But go thou thy way till the end be: for thou shalt rest, and stand in thy lot at the end of the days.”  (Daniel 12: 1-3, 11-13)

The Roman Empire ruled at the time of John the Revelator’s Dream:  “And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred and threescore days.  And there was war in heaven:  Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels, and prevailed not; neither in their place found any more in heaven.”  (Revelation 12: 6-8)

The Ark of the Covenant is mentioned in the Bible many times in the books of Exodus & Deuteronomy.   Apostles Paul and John then mention important rules about the Arc of the Covenant to those who joined the Church of Jesus Christ.

Before Paul became a member of the Quorum of the 12 Apostles he was struck by the Lord through a coma for three days and taught many things, especially about the Arc of the Covenant. He was told about the rules taught by God to the Prophet Moses and the importance of order in dealing with the Arc of the Covenant, Hebrews 8:1-5:

“Now of the things which we have spoken this is the sum: We have such a high priest, who is set on the right hand of the throne of the Majesty in the heavens;  A minister of the sanctuary, and of the true tabernacle, which the Lord pitched, and not man.  For every high priest is ordained to offer gifts and sacrifices: wherefore it is of necessity that this man have somewhat

also to offer.  For if he were on earth, he should not be a priest, seeing that there are priests that offer gifts according to the law:  Who serve unto the example and shadow of heavenly things, as Moses was admonished of God when he was about to make the tabernacle: for, See, saith he, that thou make all things according to the pattern showed to thee in the mount.”

Apostle John also mentions it in Revelation 11:19, “And the temple of God was opened in heaven, and there was seen in his temple the ark of his testament: and there were lightnings, and voices, and thundering, and an earthquake, and great hail.”  Not only does Exodus detail how the Israelites got the gold, but it talks about a “pattern” in doing it for the Lord:   Exodus 25:9 According to all that I show thee, after the pattern of the tabernacle, and the pattern of all the instruments thereof, even so shall ye make it.   Exodus 25:40 And look that thou make them after their pattern, which was showed thee in the mount.

The Book of Exodus then details exactly how much Egyptian gold there was. Exodus 32:2-4 explains that Aaron made the golden calf out of the earrings the people wore. That's a lot of earrings! But that's not where the gold for the ark came from. Exodus 35 discusses the source for the materials for the tabernacle and the ark and all of the instruments used for worship.

In closing, I like the old Cherokee message about two wolves:

One evening an old Cherokee told his grandson about a battle that goes on inside people. He said, "My son, the battle is between two wolves inside us all. One is Evil. It is anger, envy, jealousy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority and ego. "The other is Good. It is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion and faith." The grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked his grandfather, "Which wolf wins?" The old Cherokee simply stated, "The one you feed." – Anonymous

Daniel, a great leader for Babylon and God was blessed with visions from the Angel Gabriel 600 BC.  Today nearly forty percent of the world (2.5 Billion) believes in the power and authority of Angel Gabriel.  Daniel saw the commencement of the Millennium as 2000 AD and the importance of the United States of America in that year for all of the world to follow.  Apostle John the Revelator certified it.  Only the wisdom of God could have accomplished this.  President Ronald Reagan had the US Congress pass a bill honoring the Bible as the Word of God for the citizens of the USA.  What were the “wonders” Daniel viewed which related to the rise and fall of the empires he saw in his dreams from God and how 588 BC was the destruction wrought by Babylon the people of the Lord and how the 2000 AD is the beginning of the Millennium, the reign of the Lord Jesus Christ as God?  A solution to the 1290 and the 1335 Days of the last chapter of Daniel are the historic years of 1926 AD, and 2000 AD for Old Jerusalem.  From the Book of Revelations, the 1260 Days is the historic year of 1914 AD.
