It is important to the Lord that we return to the original inspired revelations to Joseph Smith during his pure years before ego, lust, and the corrupting influence of the "learned men" and top Masons infiltrated the church. When this is done with the Original Book of Mormon and the Original Book of Commandments, then we are restoring the "plain and precious truths" taken away by the learned men as prophesied in 1st Nephi 33-40.
Lehi's dream talks of three great and abominable churches referred to as housed within "great and spacious buildings" 1 Nephi 8:26-33; LDS Church today, 1 Nephi 11:34:36; early Christian Church with 12 apostles, and 1 Nephi 12:18 Roman Catholic Church.
Nephi's dream mentioned just two of these "Great and Abominable Churches" the Roman Cahotlic Church 1 Nephi 13:26-36 and the current Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in 1 Nephi 13:4-11. 1 Nephi 13:33-40 talks about the Church of the Lamb or the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints AFTER it is cleaned up with the plain and precious truth restored.
To clarify further on the "Great and Abominable Churches" and the need for these Original, Inspired "Plain and Precious Truths of the Original Book of Mormon and the Original Book of Commandments:
1) The early Christian Church, which took out the spiritual teachings and equality of women teachings of Jesus Christ by ordering these records as contained in the Nag Hamadi and Gospel of Mary, Gospel of Thomas, etc. to be burned by Bishop of Alexandria during political compilation of the Bible at the Council of Nicea in 325 A.D. to maintain "orthodoxy."
2) The Roman Catholic Church"which slayeth the saints of God, yea, and tortureth them and bindeth them down" (remember the horrible Inquisition, the Bloody Crusades, and the slave conditions in cloistered convents today as exposed by the escaped nun "Sister Charlotte" found on the internet)
3) The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. In taking out the plain and precious truths, e.g. the identity of God, the Church of Latter-day Saints became the third referenced "great and abmoniable church which is the most abominable above all other churches; for behold, they have taken away from the Gospel of the Lamb, many parts which are plain and most precious; and also, many Covenants of the Lord have they taken away" (page 30 Original Book of Mormon or 1st Nephi 13).
Note the deletion of a word in the altered version of the Book of Mormon "and after THAT" (Original version) which signified that the LDS Church then became the "most great and abominable church" durng these Latter Days. Read both Lehi and Nephi's dream from the Original Book of Mormon for a "plain and precious" clarity of the three "great and abominable"churches" designated by God. Where much is given much is expected and the higher you are in truth the greater your responsibility and condemnation if you mock God.
