TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
Every Mormon is taught that Hyrum Smith was the designated replacement to Joseph Smith. This was unacceptable to the Lord because he had called Joseph Smith to be the first Apostle in these latter days back in 1829, but he refused to accept that calling by the Lord. 1 Corinthians 12 is the ‘Constitution of the Church of Jesus Christ,’ for nothing in the New Testament better describes God's plan for Church structure and operation. Hyrum Smith was not protected by the Angel Moroni because he had been a York Mason for years, like his father. Joseph Smith was protected to live seven good years (1830-1837) and seven bad years (1837-1844) like Joseph of the Old Testament. Joseph Smith was of the Tribe of Ephraim. An Apostle is greater than a Prophet as stated in I Corinthians 12:28: “And God hath set some in the church, first apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, diversities of tongues.”
Dr. Willard Richards MD (uncle to Brigham Young) was the appointed scribe of Joseph Smith by the Quorum of the 12 Apostles because he knew how to write fast (plus alter history). Dr. Richards is the one who murdered Hyrum Smith at the Carthage Jail, Illinois on June 27, 1844 because Joseph Smith Jr. had designated him as his replacement if he should be murdered. Because of this deliberate York Masonic assignation “hit” by a Mormon Apostle there was a great separation between the Mormon Freemasons and the Mormon Anti-Masons. Thanks to Mormon Apostle Parley P. Pratt, he kept the Church “body” united because an angel visited him and told him that Joseph Smith Jr. was still in charge of the restoration of all things, even though he was dead. Parley P. Pratt had the same Mormon Freemason “hit” like what happened to Joseph and Hyrum thirteen years later on May 13, 1857 by Albert Pike and Heber C. Kimball. The 9/11/1857 Mountain Meadow Massacre happened to cover-up the murder of PP Pratt.
The Book of Mormon has many stories where a family member kills the leader of the corrupt Nephites. The best story about “inside” corruption in the Mormon Church is the testimony of Ann Elisa Young, one of the polygamous wives of Brigham Young. She divorce President Young and wrote a book about it in 1876 after she appeared before Congress.
“….She testified that she had “a desire to impress upon the world what Mormonism really is; to show the pitiable condition of its women, held in a system of bondage that is more cruel than African slavery ever was, since it claims to hold body and soul alike…” She also stated “I intend to give a truthful picture of Mormon life…” A very important point that Young asserts is that the Mormon Church in the beginning, had a beautiful simplicity built upon good principles and the people felt the Spirit of God in their lives. They were happy and enthusiastic. This was before polygamy and Masonry were introduced. Ann Eliza Young subsequently traveled the United States and spoke out against polygamy, Mormonism, and Brigham Young himself. She testified before the U.S. Congress in 1875; these remarks were credited with contributing to the passage of the Poland Act which reorganized the judicial system of Utah Territory and made it easier for the Federal Government to prosecute polygamists….”
“….After relocating to Nauvoo, Illinois, Hyrum was ordained as Presiding Patriarch of the Church, a position formerly held by his deceased father, Joseph Smith, Sr. He also was ordained by Joseph to the priesthood office of Apostle and replaced Oliver Cowdery as Assistant President of the Church; in this capacity, Hyrum acted as President of the Church in Joseph's absence and was designated to be Joseph's successor if he were killed or incapacitated….”
Freemasons deal with dis-information through Mind Control and Magic Acts. They have been doing this since King Solomon, the grandmaster of Freemasonry. He destroyed the rights of all his blood brothers through his mother, Bathsheba, a master of deceit and user of sex to destroy the anointed King of God, David. For all that do these things are an abomination unto the Lord: and because of these abominations the Lord thy God doth drive them out from before thee.
Willard Richards was born in Hopkinton, Massachusetts to Joseph and Rhoda Howe Richards on June 24, 1804. He was told by his fellow York Masons to join his nephew, Brigham Young to destroy the plain and simple truths from God to Joseph Smith. “….While still in England, Elder Brigham Young ordained him (Dr. Willard Richards MD) an Apostle on April 14, 1840. He was with the Prophet and Hyrum in Carthage, Illinois when the two were murdered…but survived to bear solemn testimony (not one bullet hit him because he was a York Freemason who just killed Hyrum Smith). In 1847 President Young selected him to be the Second Counselor in the newly reorganized First Presidency (18 wives). He served with honor and distinction until his death March 11, 1854 in Salt Lake City, Utah…..”

Utah Governor Jon Huntsman’s grandfather was Mormon Apostle David B. Haight. After Dave Haight was Mayor of Palo Alto, California (bought lots of real estate through inside info), he worked under my father at the Brigham Young University back in the 1960s. While I was nineteen years old and serving on an LDS Mission in Sao Paulo, Brazil, South America, LDS General Authority Haight personally visited me and attempted to do Mind Control tactics on me. It back-fired and I eventually sued my father for his DNA because he wasn’t my birthfather! In 2003 Dr. H. Clyde Davis PhD confessed and apologized for lying about my life for the first 53 years of it and repented and gave me everything about China and Freemasonry. Haight married the sister to J. Willard Marriott. Governor Huntsman comes from a very royal Mind Controlled bloodline of the Freemason Mormons who have controlled Corporate America since 1987 when Congress passed a law allowing a Utah Corporation to act as a bank (CIA dirty money in the stock market). The Mormon Church cut a secret deal with the Chinese Communists back in the 1980s through Bush Sr. CIA Mormons boys, like Jon Huntsman Jr., connecting the Mainland China “chi” temples to the Freemasons and LDS Masonic Temples. All the secret handshakes and tokens exist, just like the evil King Solomon established in the great an abominable kingdom his presided over, with 1,000 concubines. Shaolin Temple was established in 495 during the Northern Wei Dynasty (386-534). Batuo, an Indian monk, came to Luoyang, the ancient capital, for spreading Buddhism at that period. Emperor Xiaowen was a believer of Buddhism so he decided to build the temple in the Songshan Mountains to house Batuo, who translated many Buddhist works and had a few hundred followers there
Utah GOP governor is Obama's pick as China envoy
WASHINGTON (AP, 5/15/2009) – President Barack Obama reached across the political divide Saturday and named Utah Gov. Jon Huntsman, a potential Republican presidential contender in 2012, to the sensitive diplomatic post of U.S. ambassador to China.
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese from his days as a Mormon missionary in Taiwan, the 49-year-old Huntsman is a popular two-term governor who served in both Bush administrations and was national co-chairman of Arizona Sen. John McCain's campaign against Obama last year. Huntsman has made a name for himself advocating a moderate agenda in one of the nation's most conservative states.
With Huntsman by his side, Obama said in brief remarks in the White House Diplomatic Room that he made the appointment "mindful of its extraordinary significance. Given the breadth of issues at stake in our relationship with China, this ambassadorship is as important as any in the world because the United States will best be able to deal effectively with global challenges in the 21st century by working in concert with China."
Huntsman made headlines recently for encouraging the Republican Party to swing in a more moderate direction if it wanted to bounce back from the 2008 elections, angering some conservatives.
Obama's 2008 campaign manager, David Plouffe, said Huntsman is a Republican who "seems to understand the party has to adjust — not stubbornly believe that everything is OK and it is the country that has to change."
Huntsman's positions on the environment and other issues have led some to consider him a potential contender for president in 2012.
He signed an initiative that would set a regional cap-and-trade effort to reduce global warming. In a 2006 speech at Shanghai Normal University, Huntsman spoke of the need for China and the U.S. to work together on environmental issues.
"The United States and China must be good examples and stewards of the Earth. We must match economic progress with environmental stewardship. The effects of industrialization are felt worldwide," Huntsman said then.
Throughout his tenure as governor, Huntsman's background as a diplomat has been evident. He preferred to win over opponents in private meetings rather than using his bully pulpit to give rousing speeches.
One of his most significant achievements was loosening the state's restrictive liquor laws over the objections of many in heavily Mormon Utah in an effort to make the state more appealing for visitors. It was a feat many here didn't think would be possible in Huntsman's lifetime.
Huntsman has drawn the most attention for stating he favors civil unions for gay couples even though he backed a state constitutional amendment passed in 2004 that prohibited same-sex marriage.
Huntsman's comments on civil unions drew the ire of conservatives in Utah and elsewhere.
Officials in Michigan last month canceled a GOP county fundraiser where Huntsman was to speak; they said he had abandoned important party principles.
Huntsman's career began as a staff assistant in the Ronald Reagan administration and he also served as ambassador to Singapore under President George H.W. Bush and as a deputy U.S. trade representative and U.S. trade ambassador under President George W. Bush.
Utah's only Democratic member of Congress, Rep. Jim Matheson, said he was pleased with the appointment. "It's a great bipartisan appointment by the president," he said.
Before becoming governor in 2005, Huntsman made millions serving as chairman and chief executive of his family chemical company.
If confirmed by the Senate, Huntsman will succeed Clark Randt as U.S. ambassador to China.
Randt, a classmate of former President George W. Bush at Yale University, served as Washington's top envoy to Beijing from July 2001 until January, making him the longest-serving U.S. ambassador to China since the two nations established diplomatic ties.
Utah Lt. Gov. Gary Herbert would become governor until a special election in 2010.

Dear Rev. Hunt,
I had an excellent chat with Ruth. I congratulate you for your excellent missionary enhancing game-plan services since you became President of the Southern Baptist Convention last year. Missionary work is a special service and testimony building tool for those who participate in it with all their heart. I firmly support the belief that when John the Baptist baptized Jesus Christ, the church was established through His example and recommendation for baptism by immersion. The SBC has been very strong and loyal to the US Constitution through many trials.
I attended your church services back in 2003 and 2005 after I had visited Georgia Governor Sonny Perdue and Florida Governor Jeb Bush concerning the above website in replacing 18-wheeler trucks off the interstate freeway system with pilotless air cargo. Governor Perdue is an excellent pilot and recommended that I stop by and see where he went to church. I had previously visited the 1st Baptist Church at Woodstock back in 1977 after a visit at the White House with President Jimmy Carter. It was interesting to see two Southern Baptists in the White House with Bill Clinton and Al Gore. My heritage with the Baptist Church goes back to the 1820s with my great-great-great grandfather as a reformed Baptist Preacher. He was murdered on May 13, 1857 in Alma, Arkansas after winning a court case against a false arrest by simply telling the truth exercising his constitutional rights. His case established “case law” which was used for years. Back in 1971 I commissioned the famous Cecil B. DeMille’s 10 Commandment artist, Arnold Friberg, to design a Memorial for him. This year we hope to break ground and construct the ATLAS Museum and Research Center using the 1972 Friberg artwork.
In my previous visits to Woodstock I learned much about your church history and the many lessons learned after twelve individuals created the Aenon Church (full of springs) and likened their lives to the baptisms by John the Baptist (John 3:23). Their constitution and gospel order were inspired, including modification to welcome many to join with them. I have been very impressed through the 1991 and 1995 SBC resolutions renouncing Freemasonry memberships and racist roots and apologizing for its past defense of slavery. All are children of God.
As a young man growing up in Tucson, Arizona I learned to separate church and state because of the capacity of my father for the US Government. He held the highest position of confidentiality and secrecy as the Geologist for the United States between 1953 to his death on April 15, 2006. He was in charge of all mineral development on over 450 Million acres, all owned by We the People. It didn’t matter who was in the White House. His signature was required on all federal lands. He taught me to be an American Christian, open to all faiths and practices which supported the statement, In God We Trust. In 1974 I commenced my professional mining engineering consulting company to visit various mining properties and doing economic development forecasts on various private and public lands, profit and non-profit research. By 1978 I had enhanced my expertise to including aerospace engineering and developments. During that time I had been on National Radio with former California Governor Ronald Reagan promoting the largest US Bi-Centennial activity, AMERICAN HALL OF AVIATION HISTORY, near LAX. At a G-7 Meeting President Reagan endorsed our Pilotless Air Cargo project in January, 1989. I was invited to become a member of the Scottish/French Rothschild economic leadership back in 2001 through Lady Grace Yamamoto of Japan. Japan is the #2 economy in the world. Yoshio Kadono of the Japanese Royal Family met with Karen and me at the government offices of the Free Vietnamese (Costa Mesa, California) back in January, 2001 and personally invited us to Osaka, Japan for a formal meeting on January 26, 2001. A special NASA Joint Venture was created honoring Lady Grace’s contributions in aerospace technology: G.R.A.C.E. = Gravity Recovery and Climate Experiment: Twin satellites launched in March 2002, are making detailed measurements of Earth's gravity field which will lead to discoveries about gravity and Earth's natural systems. These discoveries could have far-reaching benefits to society and the world's population.
Isaac Newton, the discoverer of gravity, knew there were problems with his theory. He claims to have invented the idea early in his life, but he knew that no mathematician of his day would approve his theory, so he invented a whole new branch of mathematics, called fluxions, just to “prove” his conclusions. This became calculus, a deeply flawed branch having to do with so-called “infinitesimals” which have never been observed. Then when Einstein invented a new theory of gravity, he, too, used an obscure bit of mathematics called tensors. It seems that every time there is a theory of gravity, it is mixed up with “fringe” mathematics. Newton, by the way, was far from a secular scientist, and the bulk of his writings are actually on theology and Christianity. His dabbling in gravity, alchemy, and calculus was a mere sideline, perhaps an aberration best left forgotten in describing his career and faith in a Creator.
I believe the Millennium began April 6, 2000 and that the United States of America is sacred land preserved by the Lord for this period of time. Since the 1960s I have traveled to many foreign lands teaching the importance of the Book of Isaiah, Chapters 11-13 in what it teaches about the United States of America. I am a biblical scholar. When I was nineteen years old I had read the Bible sixteen times (1969). As the US Geologist my father located a sacred cavern which he believed contained ancient artifacts from King Solomon’s Temple. These artifacts were discovered in a Southern Illinois massive cavern back in the 1980s. The cave entrance was destroyed in 1989. ATLAS plans to reopen it up this year. These artifacts were brought over to the Great Lakes area approximately 550 BC by Zara, the daughter to the Prophet Jeremiah and Mulek, son of King Zedeciah, the last King of Judah. It is believed the cave was opened up through the 1811-1812 New Madrid, Missouri earthquake that lasted 2-1/2 months.
It is believed that the tomb of the Prophet Jeremiah is on Devenish Island, Western Ireland. Historians have dated the location of “Jacob’s Pillar” (Coronation Stone of England) had reached Ireland through a shipwreck in 582 BC.
Why did the Lord help some biblical believers in Christ to abandon the traditions of Church-State religions (Roman Catholic, Lutheran, etc) and become a second witness of the Lord in the United States of America about Jesus being Jehovah of the Old Testament?
We moved to Moberly, Randolph County, Missouri in 2004 because of the Cecil V. Fretwell Family and Vatican connections I have had since the 1960s. In 1961 Cecil’s son, Stanley Fretwell was visiting the Vatican while he was a college student in Jerusalem to become a Rabbi. Stanley photographed the Dead Sea Scrolls with a retired New Jersey cop holding them up. In 1985, my computer company at UCLA translated them. Because of this close relationship my family has in these translations, the Vatican Film Library at St. Louis University was established. Until 2010 this is the top location for Vatican research while the Vatican Library in Rome is closing for a three-year renovation.

The closure will make Missouri’s Saint Louis University's renowned Vatican Film Library even more important for the world's leading scholars and researchers. One of the world's oldest public libraries, the Vatican Library, has closed for rebuilding. It is not expected to reopen before September 2010.
The Knights of Columbus Vatican Film Library, located in the University's Pius XII Memorial Library, holds microfilm copies of approximately 37,000 of the Vatican Library's 70,000 manuscript codices. Because of this extensive collection, officials from Rome are encouraging scholars to come to St. Louis, Missouri during the renovation period.
Holding major portions of the Vatican's Greek, Latin and Western European vernacular collections as well as materials in Arabic, Ethiopic and Hebrew, the Vatican Film Library at Saint Louis University is one of the largest and most comprehensive libraries in the world for medieval and Renaissance manuscript studies. The Vatican Film Library also has microfilm of some of history's most important treasures, including early complete texts of the Bible and early works of Virgil.
Within the next two years ATLAS is financing a Blockbuster Movie where the life of my father, Clyde Davis will be featured between 1941-1966. Clyde served as a missionary for his church to Ohio-Illinois area and it was during World War II. Clyde witnessed the terror on Americans caused by the Pearl Harbor attack. By 1943, Clyde was one of the very few young men not involved as a soldier in this area and was given a radio program to talk to the people as a voice of comfort and trust in God. Every week he told them a story about an ancient civilization that lived right where they were living and how they were protected by God through faith and hard word. Clyde finished his missionary services in June, 1943 and immediately enlisted to be a pilot. He was transferred to the ‘secret code’ department. One of the listeners to Clyde back in 1942-43 was Missouri Senator Harry S. Truman. When Senator Truman became Vice-President of the United States on January 20, 1945, he located Clyde and they became good friends. Just a few months later, April 12, 1945, Truman became President of the United States. President Truman placed twenty-four year old Clyde Davis as one of the most trusted men in America. From that day forward, Dr. Davis certified that the true location of the Mound builders’ history was on the Mississippi/Ohio Rivers – Great Lakes area. He connected how the power of the Lord created the New Madrid, Missouri Earthquake and how the Lord opened up many Hopewell caves. The Davis movie connects Clyde and the 1963 Hopewell connection of ancient mounds. As the geologist for the United States, Dr. Davis, convinced many scholars and historians to re-open the ancient mound builders research to the period of 200 BC – 500 AD. This was accomplished in 1963 through Clyde.

ATLAS believes we have discovered parts of the treasures of King Solomon’s Temple located in a cavern in Southern Illinois that will be displayed in our Museum. ATLAS will be opening up this cave later this year, in co-operation with the National Museum of Washington DC.

Since 1997 I have been in communication with the current Chairman of the Associated Press, Texas Baptist businessman William Dean Singleton, CEO of MediaNews Group, Denver, Colorado about exposing corruption through full disclosure.
There is very little history about the life of Mulek, son of King Zedekiah, who fled Jerusalem before it was destroyed by King Nebuchadnezzar. We believe this group of Israelites traveled around Spain, up through Ireland and eventually to the St. Lawrence River, Canada. You will enjoy the following information my father and I uncovered through many years of research: There are great things happening here in the homeland USA which deals with sacred items of King Solomon’s Temple and the disappearance of it just before the destruction by the Babylonian Empire, 586 BC. It deals with artifacts dating back to the time of Moses in the Old Testament which my father, Dr. H. Clyde Davis, examined at Notre Dame University back in the 1950s. We would be honored to joint venture with the United Nations in bringing these historical artifacts for view and examination by the people of the world. Last month I conversed with Roger Kennedy, formerly of the National Museum in Washington DC about his past participation about the Hopewell civilization and their artifacts here in the USA (200 BC – 500 AD). These ancient histories connect all nations and religions.
The preservation of this country’s prehistoric and historic heritage has a long tradition of community support and academic and political interest. Federal preservation legislation, commencing in 1906, reflects the national value and significance that U.S. prehistoric and historic cultural resources possess, whether managed by Federal, State, or local governments or private citizens. As the National Historic Preservation Act asserts. . . the preservation of this irreplaceable heritage is in the public interest so that its vital legacy of cultural, educational, aesthetic, inspirational, economic, and energy benefits will be maintained and enriched for future generations of Americans. Virtually every congressional district contains federally managed sites, structures, or landscapes of prehistoric and historic interests.
The ATLAS Museum and Research Center will be working as a private college with many local, national and international organizations because we believe the inventory of these ancient cultural resources is far from complete. There are many sites, structures, and landscapes with prehistoric or historic significance which may not be cataloged and protected before they have been destroyed or dramatically altered. The boundaries separating the practice of archaeology and the preservation of historic structures and historic landscapes are becoming increasingly indistinct. Preservation professionals apply many of the same technologies to the study and conservation of sites, structures, and landscapes we will follow.
Daniel, a great leader for Babylon and God was blessed with visions from the Angel Gabriel 600 BC. Today nearly forty percent of the world (2.5 Billion) believes in the power and authority of Angel Gabriel. Daniel saw the commencement of the Millennium as 2000 AD and the importance of the United States of America in that year for all of the world to follow. Apostle John the Revelator certified it. Only the wisdom of God could have accomplished this. President Ronald Reagan had the US Congress pass a bill honoring the Bible as the Word of God for the citizens of the USA. What were the “wonders” Daniel viewed which related to the rise and fall of the empires he saw in his dreams from God and how 588 BC was the destruction wrought by Babylon the people of the Lord and how the 2000 AD is the beginning of the Millennium, the reign of the Lord Jesus Christ as God? A solution to the 1290 and the 1335 Days of the last chapter of Daniel are the historic years of 1926 AD, and 2000 AD for Old Jerusalem. From the Book of Revelations, the 1260 Days is the historic year of 1914 AD.
In 1914 God sent angels to preserve the Allies, who in turn freed the land of Palestine and made the return of the Israelites possible. At the battle of Mons, August 14, 1914, the British contingent were in danger of annihilation by the Germans in Palestine, but the battle immediately stopped and the British were able to escape through a miracle (Literary Digest, September 15, 1915). In 1926 the Turks retreated from Old Jerusalem and the destruction of this great city didn’t happen when Allies airplanes appeared and not a single shell was fired against the sacred city by either party. (“The City of the Great King”, by James T. Nichols, December 19, 1926). These are histories written after the fact. Isaiah had as clearly portrayed it beforehand. “As birds flying, so will the Lord of hosts defend Jerusalem; defending also he will deliver it; and passing over he will preserve it.” (Isaiah 31:5)
In an effort to document what was written in the Book of Daniel and the Book of Revelation for the establishment of these latter days, 588 BC is the date when the scattering of the holy people happened because the great destruction was wrought by Babylon. The lost ten tribes of Israel were those who became the people in the “isles of the sea” Celts, and those in Scandinavia countries, beginning about 400 BC. There was no known invasion of Britain by the Celts; they probably gradually infiltrated into British society through trade and other contact over a period of several hundred years; Druids, the intellectual class of the Celts (their own word for themselves, meaning "the hidden people"), begin a thousand year floruit. 1272 years (1290 Chaldean) from 588 BC brings us to 684 AD. What happened on this date? The British Isles abandons the Celtic Christian Church and accepts the faith of Rome. The Roman brand of Christianity is brought to Britain for the first time by St. Augustine, the missionary sent from Pope Gregory to convert the Saxons. Augustine founded a monastery and the first church at Canterbury, and was proclaimed its first Archbishop.
Prophetic days symbolize so many years: “I have appointed thee each day for a year.” (Ezekiel 4:6) 1260 Days: “a time, times, and a half” is a period otherwise stated, is a year, years and a half or three years and a half. Now at that time the Chaldean year prevailed, which composed of 360 days, was decidedly shorter than the solar year of 365-1/4 days, such as we use today. Three and a half Chaldean years therefore will equal 1260 days. In prophetic parlance signify years, therefore the period before us is 1260 years. In 1260 Chaldean or calendar years there are 1242 solar years, in 1290 Chaldean years there are 1272 solar years and in the large period of 1335 Chaldean years, there are 1316 solar years. The date of commencing this period is not stated, but it is connected to a specific date dealing with Babylon (588 BC) to the Roman Empire; and then when the Roman Catholic invaded England (684 AD), or 1272 years (1290 years, Chaldean).
“And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book. And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to ever lasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt. And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever….And from the time that the daily sacrifice shall be taken away, and the abomination that maketh desolate set up, there shall be a thousand two hundred and ninety days. Blessed is he that waiteth, and cometh to the thousand three hundred and five and thirty days. But go thou thy way till the end be: for thou shalt rest, and stand in thy lot at the end of the days.” (Daniel 12: 1-3, 11-13)
The Roman Empire ruled at the time of John the Revelator’s Dream: “And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred and threescore days. And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels, and prevailed not; neither in their place found any more in heaven.” (Revelation 12: 6-8)
The Ark of the Covenant is mentioned in the Bible many times in the books of Exodus & Deuteronomy. Apostles Paul and John then mention important rules about the Arc of the Covenant to those who joined the Church of Jesus Christ.
Before Paul became a member of the Quorum of the 12 Apostles he was struck by the Lord through a coma for three days and taught many things, especially about the Arc of the Covenant. He was told about the rules taught by God to the Prophet Moses and the importance of order in dealing with the Arc of the Covenant, Hebrews 8:1-5:
“Now of the things which we have spoken this is the sum: We have such a high priest, who is set on the right hand of the throne of the Majesty in the heavens; A minister of the sanctuary, and of the true tabernacle, which the Lord pitched, and not man. For every high priest is ordained to offer gifts and sacrifices: wherefore it is of necessity that this man have somewhat also to offer. For if he were on earth, he should not be a priest, seeing that there are priests that offer gifts according to the law: Who serve unto the example and shadow of heavenly things, as Moses was admonished of God when he was about to make the tabernacle: for, See, saith he, that thou make all things according to the pattern showed to thee in the mount.”
Apostle John also mentions it in Revelation 11:19, “And the temple of God was opened in heaven, and there was seen in his temple the ark of his testament: and there were lightnings, and voices, and thundering, and an earthquake, and great hail.” Not only does Exodus detail how the Israelites got the gold, but it talks about a “pattern” in doing it for the Lord: Exodus 25:9 According to all that I show thee, after the pattern of the tabernacle, and the pattern of all the instruments thereof, even so shall ye make it. Exodus 25:40 And look that thou make them after their pattern, which was showed thee in the mount.
The Book of Exodus then details exactly how much Egyptian gold there was. Exodus 32:2-4 explains that Aaron made the golden calf out of the earrings the people wore. That's a lot of earrings! But that's not where the gold for the ark came from. Exodus 35 discusses the source for the materials for the tabernacle and the ark and all of the instruments used for worship.
I have visited several of your general conference meetings and believe this reopening of the Southern Illinois cave will bring more Christians in believing what the SBC has promoted since 1845 when it was created and made a stand for personal commitments. Attached is a recent AP report about the success of the SBC membership.

New baptisms slip again for Southern Baptists
Nashville, Tenn. (AP, 4/24/2009) » Southern Baptist churches baptized fewer people in 2008 for the fourth year in a row to reach the lowest level since 1987, and membership in the country's largest Protestant denomination fell slightly as well.
Baptisms dropped just over one percent to 342,198 last year, compared with 345,941 in 2007, according to an annual report released Thursday by LifeWay Christian Resources, the Southern Baptist Convention's publishing arm.
Total membership of Southern Baptist churches was 16,228,438 last year, down nearly 38,400 from 2007.
The continued decline in the number of followers reflects a trend in other mainline Protestant churches Non-denominational churches are gaining and the ranks of those unaffiliated with a church are growing.
Baptism in the Southern Baptist church is a public act administered by the local church in which new members agree to follow Christ. They are a key measurement of the SBC's overall effectiveness in evangelism.
"The numbers simply tell us that Southern Baptists are not reaching as many people for Christ as they once did," said Thom S. Rainer, president and CEO of LifeWay.
"I pray that all of our churches and our entities will become totally focused on obeying Christ's commission so that our convention will truly experience a Great Commission resurgence."
The Rev. Johnny M. Hunt, pastor of the First Baptist Church in Woodstock, Ga., was elected SBC president last year and promised to make building up membership and baptism numbers a priority for the Nashville-based denomination.
A member of the SBC's conservative establishment, Hunt said he would try to unite Baptists around common causes and use his experience with younger pastors to reach out to a younger generation. Hunt has been a mentor to the next generation through a pastors' school he founded in 1994.
In the past 50 years, the number of annual baptisms per church member -- a key indicator of church growth -- has dropped sharply. Southern Baptists baptized one person for every 19 church members in 1950, a ratio that dropped to 1 baptism for every 47 church members in 2008, according to the report.
The denomination's baptisms peaked in 1972 at 445,725, based on statistics Lifeway has collected from Southern Baptist churches since 1922.
While baptisms and membership were down in 2008, the number of Southern Baptist churches grew from 44,696 to 44,848 and worship attendance increased slightly to 6.18 million, according to the report.
The report also notes that despite the economic downturn and decline in baptisms and membership, Southern Baptists gave 2.3 percent more to missions last year, with total giving reaching $1.36 billion.
Through the denomination's Cooperative Program and special mission offerings, local churches voluntarily pool funds to support mission efforts in their states, throughout the nation and around the world. Cooperative Program funds also support six seminaries, the International Mission Board, North American Mission Board and other SBC entities.
