Dear Mr. Gonzales,

 

            As an American citizen I wish to make an open and formal complaint to your office about other Americans and their agents murdering and threatening friends of mine in an effort to cover-up illegal money-laundering practices.  This is very serious to me.  I attended various college law/legal classes (1975-Northrop Institute of Technology; 1991-92-Utah Valley State College) to educate myself about my personal rights as a citizen of this great country.  Boyd Packer and Gordon Hinckley are the leaders of this group of corrupt Americans.  A key witness for me is US Senator Orrin Hatch.  I initially got involved with Senator Hatch right after President Ronald Reagan fired Stephen M. Studdert (from Spanish Fork, Utah) from his White House staff.  Back in 1985 my father and I were front-page news concerning a new gold mine discovery in southwest Nevada and I made unscheduled visits to the White House and Senator Hatch’s office back in the summer of that year.  Right after the mysterious death of my Highland, Utah neighbor and close friend, Paul H. Dunn, I got Senator Hatch’s cousin, Glendon Hatch, to serve on the board of directors of Kanco Energy, Inc. back in 1998 to keep the channels open with him and others in the Washington DC area.  My aunt, Maida Withers lives in Arlington, Virginia and has worked for years at George Washington University.

 

            Interpol got involved against me back in October, 2001 when the Mormon Church Office Security falsely notified them that I was a terrorist, one connected to Muslim extremists.  I am glad I have proven them wrong on many occasions since I met with an FBI agent on February 3, 2002 in Salt Lake City.  On Wednesday I obtained the Case Number and found that the appointed judge is in a Breach of Contract litigation (S. DAVIS, et al vs.  H. CLYDE DAVIS FAMILY TRUST, et al) recently filed here in Missouri concerning my father’s desire to honor a very close friend of his, President Harold B. Lee, with a Non-Profit Memorial structure designed back in the 1970s when he was President of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (Mormon Church).  Since March, 2005 my father delayed his direct involvement here in Missouri because of his daily concern and protection of his sweetheart and my mother, Anna Belle Davis, from becoming another “victim” to what happened to President Lee and many others (many between 1998-2004).  On Easter Sunday (12:30 am, April 16, 2006) I received a telephone call informing me that my father had just died in Provo, Utah in front of her husband and my brother.  When my father became a trustee of my 1969 family trust (Jared) on August 22, 2003 he confided that my brother has been a spy for Gordon Hinckley since called by President Hinckley to be a bishop in Murray, Utah in the early 1980s.  Dad told me not to trust my own brother. 

 

            The funeral services of my father had a Mormon Church general authority speak and rehearse how close Clyde Davis was to the present day church leaders.  He wasn’t scheduled on the program, but was added because I spoke about the relationship my father and I had with church leaders since I was accidentally shot in the head by my father on October 29, 1960 south of Tucson, Arizona. 

 

            I attended another funeral (Paul H. Dunn) back in January, 1998 in Highland, Utah.  Paul Dunn and I were neighbors for several years and continuously met because of drug problems with his twin adopted grandsons and my adopted son.  Speakers at his funeral were US Senator Orrin Hatch and Mormon Church President Gordon Hinckley.  Between 1960 to 1989 the Mormon Church spokesman to the youth was Paul H. Dunn.  During most of the time Paul and I were neighbors he had been banished by President Hinckley, politically disfellowshipped through a controlled church court action against him as a cover-up to protect Apostle Boyd K. Packer.  Two Kanco Board members attended the funeral with me, Joseph K. Stumph Jr. and Dick McLellan and observed how the Church Security had me under constant surveillance because my father and I had successfully sued Zions bank in 1993 and discovered fraudulent dealings by Boyd Packer and others as Zions bank board members against us.  Our legal action sustained Paul Dunn and his beliefs of innocence in his own life.  Knowing Paul the way I did, he would have been ashamed of the PR sham conducted at these services.  He had gone through “hell” the last nine years of his life because of these corrupt church leaders. 

 

            In 1997 I commenced to aggressively seek re-opening an FBI official inquiry and have since requested assistance from the US Justice Department in a December, 1973 murder investigation in Salt Lake City.  There have been fourteen mysterious deaths of individuals who were connected to my father and myself, commencing with the unexpected death of Paul H. Dunn.  Each of these individuals was directly or indirectly connected to a successful litigation which involved my father and me when we sued Zions First National Bank in March, 1993.  Since the filing of that law suit this bank has waged a character assassination campaign against me because we had proof of direct involvement by Gordon Hinckley, Neal Maxwell, Tom Perry, Boyd Packer and others against us as bank executives in a fraudulent transaction.  President Hinckley served on this bank board between 1968 (with Harold B. Lee) until his resignation in 1990, after President Ezra Taft Benson authorized an automatic signature machine process on all Zions bank transactions dealing with funds of the Mormon Church (profit and non-profit entities), involving billions of dollars world-wide.  President Lee had dissolved the key Utah entity involved in these banking transactions, the Corporation of the President of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints on November 19, 1973 (a 1923 Utah corporate sole).  We suspected this action was the reason for his murder.  It was in 1997 when I got the State of Utah to approve the refilling and operation of a 1984 Utah Public Company, Kanco Energy, Inc. and Paul Dunn was excited about becoming a stockholder and participating in mining activities which involved his long time trusted friend, Clyde Davis (both were LDS Institute Directors). 

 

            On Sunday, November 4, 1973 President Harold B. Lee spent several hours in the Salt Lake Temple praying to resolve church leadership problems and family matters.  He believed he was surrounded by evil men.  He was inspired to give a “warning” at the conclusion of his home ward (Federal Heights) Fast & Testimony Meeting:

“…By way of testimony I want you to know that I know that God lives, that Jesus is the Christ and our Redeemer, and he is at the head of this Church; I am not.  I know that he operates in all the affairs of this church and I say this by way of testimony that you may know that I know he lives. (after a long pause)  I say this to you by way of a serious warning that I also know that the adversary lives and operates in the affairs of man.  And he is determined to cause a downfall of men.  If he can’t get to us, he will try to get to those closest to us, for he is in a mighty battle with the work of the Savior.  And I must tell you these words of warning.  So keep close to the Lord.  Don’t be discouraged.  The Lord will take care of his own.  If you are prepared, you need not fear, if you are on the Lord’s side.”   Fifteen days later President Lee dissolved a fifty year old Corporate Sole entity with the State of Utah which he believed was evil and corrupt.  Five weeks later he is dead.

 

            In March, 2005 Anna Belle Davis almost died several times due to the wrong prescription drug given her during a simple hip operation at the same LDS Hospital where President Lee mysteriously died the day after Christmas in 1973.  As a geologist my father knows what happens when Potassium Chloride or Potassium Cyanide is added in an IV by a doctor or orally taken – a non-traceable instant heart attack.  He feared the same might happen to his wife of 61 years.  We reviewed this matter on March 21, 2006 in Provo, Utah and how dangerous it is to be in a hospital controlled by corrupt individuals.  In April my father informed me that my mother had several serious health problems caused by her stay at the LDS Hospital and medical care from employees of Intermountain Health Care, Inc. (formerly wholly-owned by the Mormon Church).

 

            Since December 26, 1973 and up and until March 21, 2006 (over 32 years) I would privately meet with my father and discuss how various individuals he and I would get involved with would mysteriously die after they agreed to professionally work with us in various capacities.  These individuals were: 

(1)  President Harold B. Lee, Salt Lake City, Utah (December 26, 1973, 74 years old) 

(2) Hubert B. Layne, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida (December 24, 1985, financial partner with Clyde since the 1950s including the staking of the Golden Age and Golden Eagle mining claims by myself in September 1978 for Kelly Minerals, Inc. a Nevada corporation)

(3) Paul H. Dunn, American Fork, Utah (January 9, 1998, 73 years old)  a very close family friend since the 1950s.  My neighbor and friend in Highland, Utah (same ward)

(4) Dr. Richrd Vetterli PhD, Provo, Utah (September 13, 1999, 68 years old)  Kanco Board Member with Glendon Hatch, a book author and BYU professor (since 1980)

(5) Name withheld - Mormon Church Security Guard and client to Kanco’s attorney, Paul J. Young, Salt Lake City, Utah (2000) who witnessed fraudulent banking transactions

(6) Joseph K. Stumph Jr., Salt Lake City, Utah (December 26, 2000, 64 years old)  Kanco Board Member & my partner

(7) Alan Barnes, Salt Lake City, Utah (January 2, 2001, 64 years old)  He was interviewed by the FBI during the Salt Lake Olympic Committee bribery criminal investigation & cousin to Kanco Director/Officer Carma Crowther Davis (son-in-law to Gordon Hinckley)

(8) Jeffrey H. Hubbard, Houston, Texas (October 29, 2001)  He was the attorney for David Cade, who had a successful jury trial case against his former employer, Zions bank in 2000.  Cade hired me in August, 2001 as a Private Investigator to assist him in Utah legal malpractice (son of former Utah Governor Rampton, bribed).

(9)  Harold E. Davis, Denver, Colorado Airport (November 16, 2001, 64 years old) youngest brother to Clyde Davis and his partner in many transactions

 

LADY GRACE YAMAMOTO OF JAPAN (died right after Christmas, 2001 in Norway attempting to save children who had fallen in an ice-covered lake) had invited Steve Davis at attend meetings in Grand Cayman, Caymon Island, Caribbean for January, 2002.  This death happen right after a member of her Global Financial Committee was on board to one of the deadliest commercial airline disaster on Nov. 12, 2001, when an American Airlines jetliner crashed in the New York City borough of Queens during a flight to the Dominican Republic, killing 265 people.  His plane was being repair and he took a commercial flight - he hadn't taken for years for security.                                                                                                                              

(10) Pat Westphal, Las Vegas, Nevada (2002, 64 years old)  corporate officer & director of International Star, Inc. who hired Clyde Davis as their geologist on Arizona properties.

(11) David McOmber, Orem, Utah (February 1, 2003, Kanco Officer in the 1980s) traveled with Clyde Davis and Pat Westphal to the Arizona mining claims

(12) Douglas E. Johnson, I-70 near Greenriver, Utah (February 3, 2003, 50 years old) He was the Utah Deputy State treasurer who hired Kanco attorney Paul Young and myself.  I won a court verdict against him in Fall, 2001 for fees owed me.

(13) Lamond R. Mills, Las Vegas, Nevada (February 25, 2004, 64 years old) former US Attorney for Nevada (President Reagan nominated him)  He was the Nevada attorney for Kanco stockholders in the recovery of federal mining claims  

(14) Neal A. Maxwell, Salt Lake City, Utah (July 21, 2004, 78 years old) former Zions bank board member who resigned because Clyde and I were suing this bank and uncovered evidence connecting him with Gordon Hinckley against us. 

 

            Two of the key suspects for the murder of President Lee were Boyd Packer and Gordon Hinckley back in 1973.  Kanco Board Member, Dr. Melvin Fish PhD, (with Glendon Hatch and Dr. Vetterli) professionally assisted through many counseling sessions the Head Nurse in charge at the LDS Hospital, Nola Hunt (Black) RN who witnessed the unwarranted cardiac arrest and death of President Lee.  She remembers seeing these Mormon apostles at the hospital.  She was also interviewed by the FBI and years later met with me.  L Brent Goates, President Lee’s son-in-law was a former administrator at this hospital. In 1975 Mr. Goates was called by President Lee’s replacement to move to California and be a Mormon mission president for three years.  Boyd Packer was the “understudy” of President Kimball in all dealings with Native Americans.  During this time, President Spencer W. Kimball had his own biography printed by Deseret Book (wholly owned by Deseret Management Corporation, incorporated by Hinckley in 1974) and prevented Brent Goates from publishing President Lee’s biography, HAROLD B. LEE, Prophet and Seer while he was President of the Church.  Finally in December, 1985, the month after President Kimball died (November 5, 1985) President Ezra Taft Benson personally approved this book to be printed (Bookcraft, Inc.).  One of the first actions by President Benson was to minimize the importance the church had made concerning Native Americans.  Boyd Packer was very upset with this movement and vowed to restore it.  Sherri Dew wrote a President Benson biography in 1987.  Two more Benson biographies were written in 1988. In 1999 Deseret Book acquired Bookcraft and since this date Brent Goates has been totally controlled by Sherri Dew, a person who wrote Mormon President Gordon B. Hinckley’s biography in 1997. 

 

            For years I attempted to communicate with the Harold B. Lee Family with extreme caution.  I first met Bruce Goates (brother to Brent Goates) in 1978 when I was the State Director, Utah Department of Gerontology (Study of Aging) headquartered at the University of Utah   Bruce was the chief psychologist at the Granite Community Mental Health Center.  He sought me out because of my position.  We became good friends and helped each other concerning mental problems with the aged.  Bruce acknowledged that he agreed with his older brother that President Lee was murdered.  I again established a relationship with Bruce Goates in 1990 when I hired Dr. Ralph Gant PhD and Dr. Eugene Buckner PhD (BYU Department of Psychology) both licensed psychologists concerning my litigation against Regional Representative/Utah Judge Pat B. Brian for legal malpractice in an adoption case in Salt Lake City.  At the time of this litigation I was working with Apostle Richard G. Scott (I was a BYU Bishop called by President Benson) concerning mentally ill BYU students (350+) who believed that Mark Zambrano, a returned missionary who served in Argentina, was a reincarnated person from the Book of Mormon. His followers would go to the Provo Temple five times every week and had seven set prayers each day.  They also practiced polygamy where Zambrano would perform marriages (secretly) in the Provo Temple with his followers and seal their marriages to many women.  They believed they were above the civil laws of the land.  They all believed they came from the City of Enoch (biblical city) through reincarnation.  Bruce Goates shared several experiences he had witnessed during his work in Utah since he got married, but didn’t get his marriage sealed in a Mormon Temple.  In the winter of 2002 I again met with Bruce Goates at his home in Carlsbad, California and rehearsed some key elements about our prior discussions.  He was very depressed when I met him (his wife had died).

 

            Back in 2003 I was ready to subpoena L. Brent Goates to testify before the 10^th Circuit Court of Appeals in Denver, Colorado about his knowledge concerning the mysterious death of President Lee.  President Lee’s November 19, 1973 document was a key evidence before the court.  But the federal judges awarded me the right to sue the Corporation of the President of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Utah State Courts.

 

            Why would these above mentioned fourteen individuals die at such a young age?  I believe thirteen were murdered because they could testify and legitimize our claim of Theft by Deception of many assets through covert (circumvention) and criminal activities by people associated with Zions First National Bank.  It was in 1960 when the Mormon Church divested this bank as a wholly-owned entity and the bank entered into the federal reserve debt financing system.  The Mormon Church almost went bankrupt in the 1960s.  Because of this reason my father was hired in 1966 by the Mormon Church for fund raising.  He was very successful in his endeavors to get people to donate assets. 

 

            To give you an example how important these men were for us, I will detail my relationship with the first victim, Paul H. Dunn (I have the same detailed information concerning all others).  Through a meeting set up by my father back in 1995 Paul H. Dunn personally told Clyde Davis and me in a meeting at his Highland home that he was back in full fellowship within the Mormon Church (had been disfellowshipped).  He was excited and endorsed our Cities of Commerce Project (http://www.citiesofpeace.com) which had been presented to him back in 1985 when Kanco Energy was front page news all over the world concerning a new gold mine discovery in Nevada.  Clyde was one of the sellers of these federal mining claims to Kanco.  In the meeting Paul claimed and suspected that Gordon Hinckley felt that he was a liability to the church because of some deliberate investigative reporting which had been done by former KSL television employee, Lynn Packer, back in October, 1989 when sixteen members of the Mormon Church Seventies Quorum were released, including himself.  Paul Dunn believed Mormon Apostle Boyd Packer (Zions Bank board member) had cut a financial deal with his nephew and was feeding secret information to save his own neck from bad publicity.  Lynn Packer was working for this wholly-owned Mormon Church television station when the Mark Hofmann story broke and was later fired because Lynn discovered that Gordon Hinckley had financially approved several purchases of Hoffman’s false documents.  Publicly, Lynn Packer claimed he felt that his aggressive reporting on the Hofmann affair and his earlier work on the Grant Affleck Afco scandal played a role in his dismissal.  Boyd Packer had received all the same benefits Paul Dunn received when both were working for Grant Afflect.  My father commented that he thought Paul was the ‘escape goat’ and that they did what they did in 1989 to cover-up the various news scandals that involved Gordon Hinckley and other apostles because Paul was only a member of the Seventies Quorum and expendable!

 

            I have first hand information about the Grant Affleck Afco Enterprises scandal because my Highland, Utah bishop was Steven Apple (an officer of Afco and is the one who blew the whistle against his employer, Grant Affleck).  Bishop Apple’s counselor was Lee Kimball, President Spencer W. Kimball’s nephew.  It was common discussion in the Highland, Utah neighborhood that fellow ward member, Paul H. Dunn was the person designated to cover-up the direct involvement of Boyd K. Packer in the Afco scandal.  His brother, Stanley Kimball, was an executive for Huntsman Chemical and moved into my Highland subdivision and eventually became my Highland Second Ward Bishop.  Stan worked very closely with my Stake President Stephen M. Studdert (Highland Second Ward home teacher to Paul H. Dunn) as part of the character assassination plot against Paul Dunn and me when Paul mysteriously died while at a routine medical check-up at the Intermountain Health Care American Fork hospital.

 

            A Wall Street Journal article on Nov. 9, 1983, reported: '...Paul H. Dunn... whose church salary is $40,000 a year, was a director of Afco Enterprises, a real-estate venture until 1978. Afco collapsed four years later; and its owner, Grant C. Affleck, was recently indicted for mail fraud, securities fraud and bankruptcy fraud. Despite Mr. Dunn's 1978 resignation, records in the U. S. District Court civil suit here show that he continued to have ties with Afco until it entered bankruptcy proceedings in 1982.... and gave advice to directors after he resigned.... A few days before Afco entered bankruptcy proceedings, Mr. Dunn wrote a disgruntled Afco investor a letter calling Mr. Affleck, a fellow Mormon, 'fair and Christlike.' U. S. Attorney Brent Ward... says that about 650 investors lost over $20 million through Afco investments.'

 

            Six years after the Wall Street article, Paul Dunn had been totally removed from any participation of Mormon Church and youth activities.  He had been Disfellowshipped at a Highland, Utah Church Court.  On February 16, 1991, the Arizona Republic newspaper published an article written by Richard R. Robertson which contained the following:

"SALT LAKE CITY -- Among Mormons, Elder Paul H. Dunn is a popular teacher, author and role model. As a prominent leader of the Church... for more than 25 years, he has told countless inspirational stories about his life:

"Like the time his best friend died in his arms during a World War II battle, while imploring Dunn to teach America's youth about patriotism.

"Or how God protected him as enemy machine-gun bullets ripped away his clothing, gear and helmet without ever touching his skin.

"Or how perseverance and Mormon values led him to play major-league baseball for the St. Louis Cardinals.

"But those stories are not true.

"Dunn's 'dead' best friend isn't dead; only the heel of Dunn's boot caught a bullet; and he never played baseball for the St. Louis Cardinals or any other major-league team.

"Dunn acknowledged that those stories and others were untrue, but he defends fabrications as necessary to illustrate his theological and moral points.

"He compares his stories to the parables told by Jesus--acknowledging, however, that Jesus' parables weren't about himself...

"Other Mormon leaders apparently were concerned about this in September 1989, because, within weeks of investigating allegations that his war and sports stories were fabricated, they quietly placed Dunn, 66, on 'emeritus' status 'for health reasons.'

"As a 'general authority' since 1964, Dunn had been among the top 90 men who govern the 7.3 million-member worldwide church.

"The church also pressured Salt Lake City freelance writer Lynn Packer, a Mormon, not to publish stories about Dunn's fabrications. In the fall, after the church had terminated Packer's teaching contract at Brigham Young University for pursuing the story, he provided information he has collected over the past four years to The Republic.

"Despite Dunn's 'retirement,' his grandfatherly demeanor and down-home, self-deprecating storytelling style continue to make him a popular public speaker and author.

"He also remains the most prolific author among current and former church leaders. He receives royalties from 23 inspirational cassette tapes and 28 books... They are among the more popular items in LDS bookstores....

"Dunn... said he doesn't consider it deceitful to exaggerate or alter facts.

"He said his technique is to 'combine' elements of several true stories to create a single story that will better convey a message and capture an audience's interest....

"'The combining of stories seems justifiable in terms of illustrating a point. My motives are pure and innocent,' Dunn said during an interview in Salt Lake City attended by his attorney and a friend.

"'I haven't purposely tried to embellish or rewrite history. I've tried to illustrate points that would create interest,' Dunn explained. 'Combining war stories is simply putting history in little finer packages.'... Dunn's retirement occurred within two weeks of the probe into his storytelling practices by top church officials, who had been given copies of Packer's findings.

"Dunn said he cooperated with the church's investigation but was not advised of its conclusions. He denied that it was connected to his retirement, which he insisted was for poor health that has since improved.... the university [Brigham Young University] terminated Packer's teaching contract, in part because he wanted to publish a story about his findings. "

 

            On February 21, 1991, the Salt Lake Tribune ran an Associated Press article by Mormon General Authority and BYU Professor, Vern Anderson which contained the following:

"Lynn Packer was serving a Mormon mission in Germany in 1964 when he heard 39-year-old Paul H. Dunn had been appointed to the church's hierarchy.... it was Packer's relentless pursuit of Dunn over most of the 1980s that led to Saturday's revelation by The Arizona Republic: the church man had fabricated many of the personal war and baseball stories that had fed his reputation as the faith's most spellbinding speaker and popular author....

 "Packer himself paid a high professional price for the research on Dunn...

"He ultimately lost his teaching position at church owned Brigham Young University and today, working on a one-year contract at the University of Dortmund in Germany, feels beaten 'to a pulp.'

"Why did the story that Republic reporter Richard Robertson calls the worst-kept secret in Salt Lake take so long to come out?

"The answer appears to lie in the church's effort to avoid a scandal and in Packer's own vulnerability as a BYU employee without tenure whose wife had been diagnosed with cancer early in 1987.

"The combination led, on Sept. 30, 1987, to a 'deal' between Packer and a 'high church official' in which he withdrew the story he had submitted to United Press International in exchange for a guarantee of continued employment at BYU, according to Packer.

"Packer declined to identify the official, but has told others it was his uncle, Elder Boyd K. Packer of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles.

"'Lynn claims he had an agreement with his uncle through his father,' said BYU spokesman Paul Richards. 'That the agreement fell apart when he continued to ask questions about Paul Dunn. When he continued to ask questions, Elder Packer felt he had not been true to the agreement.'

"Through spokesman Jerry Cahill, Boyd Packer said Wednesday, 'There was nothing ever stated. It never happened. There was no such agreement that Lynn Packer would be retained in exchange for no publication.'

"In 1986, Lynn Packer... decided to freelance a story on Dunn's involvement with AFCO Enterprises... the biggest real estate development in Utah history.

"Dunn... claimed his tenure as an AFCO director had ended in 1978; Packer sought to prove it had lasted much longer. He also began looking at the veracity of Dunn's stories...

"'There isn't a single significant baseball or war story I could find that was true,' said Packer, who in September 1987 complied under pressure with a BYU administrative request that he inform the church of his allegations.... Packer's department chairman at BYU, Gordon Whiting, told him in a memo dated Sept. 30, 1987, that he should permit church leaders to deal privately with the Dunn matter.

"'After providing the information, we accept the judgment of those responsible. We will not take accusations against a General Authority to the media,' Whiting wrote, adding that publication 'will damage the church, will damage the university and will damage you.'

"Fearing for his job, Packer agreed to the deal he said was offered him that night: don't publish the story and you can teach at BYU as long as you want.

"Packer bridles at suggestions by BYU officials that he was using coercion.

"'They can never give you a time or a place when I went to anybody with that story and said, 'Do this for me or else,' ' he said. 'And I can show you the times and places and dates when they, told it just the opposite: 'Do the story and you're history.' '

"Packer maintains that Elders James E. Faust and David B. Haight, Dunn's immediate superiors in the Quorum of the Twelve, were aware of the arrangement. Like Boyd K. Packer, the pair declined to be interviewed, but denied through spokesman Bruce Olsen there was any deal....

"And yet, in a memo to church spokesman Richard Lindsay after the alleged deal was struck, Packer wrote: 'I had received assurances, prior to my decision, that my job at BYU would be secure for the indefinite future if I withdrew the story.'

"At BYU, Whiting decided in early 1988 not to renew Packer's contract for the 1988-89 school year...

"'I thought the decision was mine to make,' Whiting said.

"After Packer completed his teaching duties in August 1990, he was given a year's salary as severance pay, a move that surprised Whiting since it didn't come out of his departmental budget.

"'I think it probably looks to many people... like an effort to bribe him not to go with the Paul Dunn story,' Whiting said....

"For his part, Whiting said he was pained by 'the degree to which the university has been pulled into this situation. And I guess I'm also pained at the church being pulled in.

"But the church will have to fend for itself and do what it can to rescue its reputation for honesty and integrity.'"(Salt Lake Tribune, February 21, 1991)

 

            My three closest Mormon Apostle friends were Howard W. Hunter, Ezra Taft Benson and Harold B. Lee.  After I awoke from a three-day coma in November, 1960 I conversed with them many times while I was recovering at the St. Marys Hospital in Tucson.   During a telephone conversation with Apostle Lee he shared his personal belief that I would recover and assist him in many activities.  Clyde had been called in June, 1960 by the Quorum of the 12 and First Presidency to be the first LDS Institute Director to establish the new Priesthood Correlation operation where the new direction of the church goes directly from the Quorum of the 12 to the Stake President and no longer through the Quorum of Seventy.  Howard W. Hunter had come to Tucson, Arizona and spent a couple of weeks with us.  He ordained Clyde a bishop of two wards. Clyde was very close to many Mormon Church leaders for his personal knowledge and contributions in natural resources and US Government connections (Chief Technician, Atomic Energy Commission – Geologist for the US government since 1953) throughout the world.

 

            Before my Mormon mission to Brazil, South America in September, 1969 I had many face-to-face discussions with Apostle Lee.  Once he shared with me his personal experience in going to Japan, Korea and Hong Kong back in 1954 and claiming a fulfillment to a prophecy made by a relative of mine, Apostle Parley P. Pratt back in the 1850s (Constitutional liberty for nations in bondage and the subjugation of Japan).  In January, 2001 Karen and I were in Osaka, Japan meeting with the Royal Family of Japan and giving them a copy of the Original Book of Mormon and a Japanese copy of the Book of Mormon.  On January 26, 2001 my family trust entered into an agreement with the 1996 US recognized entity, the Government of Free Vietnam.  (see http://www.citiesofpeace.com).  President Ronald Reagan had endorsed this project at a G-7 Meeting in January, 1989 in Tokyo, Japan.  Back in 1975-76 I was on national radio with former California Governor Reagan promoting one of the largest US Bi-Centennial Celebrations, AMERICAN HALL OF AVIATION HISTORY.  I was Assistant to the President at Northrop University, Inglewood, CA and our campus hosted this aerospace historical center for a few years.

 

            While I was serving as a Missionary in Sao Paulo, Brazil I had two special discussions with Apostle Marvin J. Ashton and Brother David B. Haight (worked under my father at the BYU, Church Educational Development Fund/LDS Foundation).  They asked many questions about my 5,000 Book of Mormon Project in Brazil which had received local news throughout Brazil.

 

 

            By the time I returned to Utah from my mission, my father owned the Orange Julius stores at Main/Broadway and Cottonwood Mall.  Between September, 1971 and December, 1973 I had dozens of personal meetings with President Harold B. Lee (called an “OJ break” – we eventually owned 13 stores in five states, Utah, California, New York, Pennsylvania and Massachusetts) about many subjects.  He shared with me a special experience he had back in 1952 with President J. Reuben Clark Jr, (former US Ambassador to Mexico) when he openly proclaimed his respect for this great man.  He was warned by President Clark that others were very jealous with this relationship (Stephen L. Richards, Hugh B. Brown, Gordon Hinckley, etc).  President Lee gave me several blessings.  The most important message was to only fear God and not man.

 

            For several years my cars have been vandalized and sabotaged.  I have been followed and illegally wiretapped by local and federal agents associated with Gordon Hinckley and Utah officials.  I have been threatened many times to cease and terminate my actions against Gordon Hinckley and others.  I have always cited my US Constitutional rights to pursue him within the Courts of the Land, a key right supported and amplified as a member of the Mormon Church through church doctrine (Doctrine & Covenants 134:11).  When I moved back to Missouri I met with the local Stake President who threatened to call the police because I was trespassing on Church owned property.  I told this gentleman that I was still a member of the Mormon Church and had every right to be there.  He then left to call the police and I quietly left to avoid any confrontation.  The property was the LDS Institute of Religion, University of Missouri-Columbia, Missouri and he claimed he had direct communication and instructions from President Hinckley.

 

            Salt Lake Tribune newspaper reporter Paul Rolly covered my first fight in exposing corruption within the Mormon Church leadership in an article printed in July, 1990 in his newspaper.  I had been granted an “assumed name” (James Johnson) concerning a legal malpractice law suit against a Utah sitting judge, Judge Pat B. Brian of the Utah Third District court (appointed by Utah Governor Norm Bangerter in 1987 and recently retired from the bench) and his former law firm, Nielsen & Senior.  Arthur Nielsen was one of Gordon Hinckley’s personal attorneys for private matters.  This article caused the Associated Press to conduct a preliminary investigation in the matter.

DOCUMENTED RESEARCH FROM JUST ONE OF THOUSANDS OF MORMONS WAKING UP TO THE NEED FOR THE CLEANSING OF THE LORD'S HOUSE!

 

Dear Family and Friends,

 

For the past two years, we have been involved in some very extensive research into the history of our church.  The reason for the research is because we had family members excommunicated because they would not deny that they were victims of abuse by family members who are prominent church leaders.

 

Through our research, we have discovered that the exposure of this abuse involves leaders of the church up to the highest levels, within the church.  The exposure of this abuse is only the very tip of the iceberg as far as corrupt activity taking place within the church.  The exposure of these activities, as well as the exposure of the abuse will be forthcoming in the near future in the Lord’s time.  The exposure of the corrupt leaders will indeed be extremely embarrassing to the church. Just know that we have full knowledge of the documents which will be revealed regarding this corruption. There are several thousand of them dating back since the 1940’s.

 

What we will reveal in this letter  deals more with the falsification, half truths, alterations of scriptures, and sanitized spoon fed history of our church that we are taught in Sunday Meetings.

 

Before I begin, I need to make it clear that we have no intent to do any harm whatsoever to the church. We love the church, the gospel, and the Book of Mormon as well as all of our scriptures. We have very strong testimonies of the Gospel.  We care about the church.  We care enough to fight for the truths which are taught in the scriptures to be included in our lesson manuals.  After reading the following material we are confident that most people will agree that all Latter Day Saints should be aware of information that is deliberately kept out of all lesson manuals. This information is vital for our eternal salvation and it is time for the cleansing of the Lord’s House as prophesied! All of this information is found in church historical records, and in the scriptures.  However, most of this information has been withheld from the Saints.

 

These first few issues I will talk about are not by any means testimony breakers.  They are merely fascinating pieces of history that should have been taught to every member.

 

The first issue deals with blacks receiving the priesthood.  In church we have been taught that blacks had the seed of Cain in them and did not get the priesthood until the revelation in 1978.

 

In reality, Joseph Smith ordained the first black man named Elijah Abel to the priesthood in 1836.  Elijah Abel was later ordained to the office of Seventy.  In 1844, another black man named Walker Lewis was ordained an Elder by either Parley P Pratt or William Smith.   In 1900, Enoch Abel, son of Elijah is ordained an Elder.  In 1934, Elijah Abel’s grandson, Elijah, is ordained a priest.

 

My question regarding this information is, why are we not taught the truth about our own history.  And how can the revelation of 1978 be correct when the blacks already held the priesthood?  Where is the revelation taking the priesthood away from the blacks, and under whose authority was this done?  

 

Here is what further research uncovered.   In 1852, Brigham Young announced the policy of denying blacks the priesthood, “even if there never was a prophet or an apostle of Jesus Christ spoke it before.”  Because,   “ negroes are the children of old Cain… any man having one drop of the seed of Cain in him cannot hold the  priesthood.”

 

Also in 1852, Brigham Young instructed the Utah legislature to legalize slavery because, “We must believe in slavery for it is a divine institution.”

Isn’t it interesting that Brigham Young is approving of slavery even though both the Book of Mormon and the Doctrine and Covenants teach that slavery is wrong.

 

In 1900, Pres. Lorenzo Snow expresses doubts on the issue of denying priesthood to blacks.  (Minutes of Council of Twelve)

 

In 1908, Joseph F. Smith changes his position relative to blacks.  He abandons his former position on Elijah Abel and states and now claims that Joseph Smith declared Elijah Abels ordination as “null and void”   (Council minutes 26 Aug. quoted from Neither White Nor Black, Signature Books pg. 140)

 

In 1940, J. Reuben Clark Jr. recommends a committee be appointed to “Make some ruling or re-affirm whatever ruling that has been made on this question in the past as to whether or not one drop of Negro blood deprives a man of the right to receive the priesthood.”

It is very clear from the evidence that not one of the Prophets after Joseph Smith had any clue as to what should be done regarding this issue.   This is why we must not “trust in the arm of flesh” as the scriptures warn over and over again.

 

The next issue is polygamy.  The Book of Mormon teaches that polygamy is an abomination.  Period!   Everyone misinterprets the scripture in Jacob 2: 30.  This scripture does not give an exception for the practice of polygamy.  In King Benjamin’s address to his people, he states that “the Lord never does vary from that which he hath said.” 

 

In the Bible, there are about 15 different accounts of polygamous relationships.  None of which are approved of by the Lord.  However, because of free agency, the Lord allows the relationships, as well as the consequences for these relationships to occur.

 

Joseph Smith had an adulterous affair with Fanny Alger in 1833.  Emma caught them in the barn.  She saw them through the slats.  Oliver Cowdery called this a “ dirty nasty filthy affair.”  Between 1833 and 1843, Joseph married 33 plural wives.  Ten of these women were married to other men at the same time.  Some of the women were just teen aged girls.  Polygamy in Nauvoo was lived in strict secrecy.  Joseph kept his marriages secret from Emma.  Finally when Emma did consent to allow polygamy on condition that she chooses the plural wife, unbeknownst to her, she chose a woman that Joseph had already married.  So another marriage was performed with a woman he had already married (From the book Sacred Loneliness).  Joseph convinced the women to marry him by telling them that if they did so, they as well as their entire family would receive eternal salvation in God’s highest kingdom. 

 

The Book of Mormon teaches that the Lord doesn’t do anything in secret.  And we know from the Book of Mormon that the Millennium will be a time of no more secrets!

Come ye near unto me; I have not spoken in secret from the beginning (1 Ne. 20:16).

There is nothing which is secret save it shall be revealed; there is no work of darkness save it shall be made manifest in the light (2 Ne. 30:17)

So why would polygamy need to be practiced in secret if it truly was ordained of God?

Joseph Smith was warned against following his own will and carnal desires. The D&C states that “the work of the Lord will not be frustrated.” 

 

             The works…of God cannot be frustrated…For God doth not walk in crooked       paths... it is not the work of God that is frustrated, but the work of men; For although a man may have many revelations, and have power to do many mighty works, yet if he boasts in his own strength, and sets at naught the   counsels of God, and follows after the dictates of his own will and carnal desires, he must fall and incur the vengeance of a just God upon him. ... And behold, how oft you   have transgressed the commandments and the laws of God, and have gone on in the persuasions of men. For, behold, you should not have feared man morethan God…Behold, thou art Joseph, and thou wast chosen to do the work of the Lord, but because of transgression, if thou art not aware thou wilt fall… Except thou do this, thou shalt be delivered up and become as other men, and have no   more gift (D&C 3:1-11).

 

 

Joseph Smith told bold faced lies about himself living in polygamy.  In 1842, Joseph Smith made the following statement which was published in the Times and Seasons Sept.1 1842:

 

“All legal contracts of marriage made before a person is baptized into this church should be held sacred and fulfilled.  Inasmuch as this church of Christ has been reproached for the crime of fornication, and polygamy: we declare that we believe that one man should have one wife, and one woman, but one husband, except in case of death when either is at liberty to marry again.”

 

At the time this statement was made, Joseph Smith was married to 19 wives (Family History.org).

 

Joseph lied again in May 26^th 1844 when he stated, “What it is a thing to be accused of having seven wives when I can only find one.”

 

At the time he made this statement, his harem was up to 38 wives. (Family History.org)

 

This is another example of why we are instructed in the scriptures “not to rely on the arm of flesh.”

 

What kind of a problem would exist today if Thomas S. Monson was to be caught doing the same thing as Joseph Smith, namely teaching one thing and doing another?  (This is a clue as to what is about to come forth regarding our Prophet and other leaders.)

 

We are not taught in church that on June 23, 1844, Joseph and Emma together burned the revelation on polygamy.  We are not taught that both William Marks and Isaac Sheen gave sworn affidavits that Joseph Smith told them that the revelation on polygamy was “indeed of the devil and would bring the church to ruin and the practice must be put down.”  We are not taught that the revelation on polygamy was not included into the D&C until 1876, many years after the death of Joseph Smith.  (William Clayton who was Joseph’s personal secretary kept a copy of the revelation)

The point is this:   The Lord does not work in secrets and lies.  If polygamy was truly ordained of God, we as a people would still be living it today.  “The works of God will not be frustrated, only the works of man.”  D&C: 3

 

We are not taught in church that Joseph Smith had grave concerns about Brigham Young leading the church.

 

Sworn testimony of Joseph Thorn Feb 4^th 1884:

 

Being duly sworn deposes and says:  I was personally acquainted with Brigham Young, late president of the Utah Mormon Church, and knew him in Nauvoo Illinois, and I heard bro. Joseph Say at a public meeting in a grove east of the temple in Nauvoo, when he had been reproving said Brigham Young for taking and using for his own private purposes church moneys without authority says of him, “If Brigham Young ever leads this church, he will lead it to hell.”  This is said with great emphasis.

If you want to read a historical, witnessed account of the unvarnished truth of the atrocities of polygamy, secret combinations, justified theft of the members, “Danite Warriors/murderers” of Brigham Young, one of his divorced wives (one of ten) gives her account. You might think she was just a vindictive ex-wife, but she strived to be honest in her epistle and she does state the pure happiness of church members prior to the advent of polygamy and masonry. Lee, etc.) handed down to their prosperity.

 

If you don’t want to take the time to read this important witnessed account of the reality of 19^th century Mormon life, then there are two sermons to review by Apostle Grant and President Brigham Young on September 21, 1856 in a church sermon as recorded in the Journal of Discourses (JD). Both men called for blood atonement e.g. murder of all “covenant breakers” and rebuked all heartbroken wives for complaining bitterly about polygamy.

 

            I would ask how many covenant breakers there are in this city and in this             kingdom. I believe that there are a great many and if they are covenant breakers we need a place designated, where we can shed their blood... And we have women here who like anything but the celestial law of God; and if they could break asunder the cable of the Church of Christ, there is scarcely a mother in Israel but would do it this day. And they talk it to their husbands, to their daughters, and to their neighbors, and say they have not seen a week's happiness since they became acquainted with that law [plural marriage], or since their husbands took a second wife. ...JD, vol.4, pp.49-51

 

These comments regarding the “abomination” of polygamy and “satanic” blood atonement (Jacob 2:23-24, Moses 5:29) were subsequently endorsed by Brigham Young on the same day as follows:

 

 “There are sins that can be atoned for by an offering upon an altar, as in the ancient days; and there are sins that the blood of a lamb, of a calf, or of turtle doves, cannot remit, but they must be atoned for by the blood of the man” (JD 4:54, Brigham Young, Sept. 21, 1856).

 

This statement signifies justified murder and the activities of the “Danite Warriors” as Ann Eliza Young and many others testify as mysterious deaths blamed on the Indians.

 

“Men will say, ‘My wife, though a most excellent woman, has not seen a happy day since I took my second wife;”…It is said that women are tied down and abused; that they are misused and have not the liberty they ought to have; that many of them are wading through a perfect flood of tears…” Brigham Young then went on to give all of his own fifty-six wives the ultimatum to endure their lives or to leave (JD 4:55).  

 

The next issue is regarding the changes occurring over the years regarding temple worship.

 

The Kirtland temple endowment was very different than the Nauvoo endowment.  It consisted of 5 parts.  1. Washing with soap and water.  2.  Washing with water and perfumed whiskey.  3.  Consecration with oil and receiving blessing.  4.  Blessing sealed 5. Washing of faces and feet and partaking of the Lord’s Supper.

 

Also, anyone could go into the Kirtland temple:

 

Nondiscriminatory Rules Published for Governing the Temple in Kirtland Ohio.  The rules provide for: “old and young, bond and free, rich or poor, male or female, black or white, believer, or unbeliever.  (History of the Church 2L 368-9)

 

Why were the endowments at Nauvoo so different than those from Kirtland? William Smith argued with Brigham Young against the Masonic Nauvoo Temple saying that Joseph Smith never sanctioned any of the Nauvoo Masonic rituals. Brigham Young later excommunicated William Smith, brother to murdered Joseph Smith.

 

On March 15^th 1842, Joseph Smith became a Free Mason.   Nearly all of the early church leaders were Free Masons.   There is a very interesting speech by Reed C. Durham former President of the Mormon History Foundation.  He gave the speech at a conference for historians at Nauvoo in 1976.   In the speech, he states that he has no doubt that Joseph borrowed heavily from masonry in implementing the Nauvoo endowment.  This speech can be easily googled up.

 

It is also very interesting to google up the similarities between Masonic and Mormon temple rituals.  The two are nearly identical especially the tokens and handshakes etc.

 

One could argue till the cows come home over the origination of the endowment.  However, when placed side by side,  the teachings of Christ regarding taking blood oaths, and swearing oaths, and the oaths that are sworn in the temples, it is very clear that swearing oaths of any kind is not consistent with the teachings of the Savior.

 

Pg. 481 Original BoM  And again it is written, Thou shall not forswear thyself, but thou shalt perform unto the Lord thine oaths.  But verily, verily I say unto you   SWEAR NOT AT ALL; NEITHER BY HEAVEN, FOR IT IS GOD’S THRONE: NOR BY THE EARTH, FOT IT IS HIS FOOTSTOOL: NEITHER SHALT THOU SWEAR BY THE HEAD BECAUSE YOU CANST NOT MAKE ONE HAIR BLACK OR WHITE: BUT LET YOUR COMMUNICATION BE YEA YEA, NAY NAY: FOR WHATSOEVER COMETH OF MORE THAN THESE IS EVIL. 

 

MOSES 5: 29 

 

And Satan said unto Cain: SWEAR UNTO ME BY THY THROAT, AND IF THOU TELL IT THOU SHALT DIE: AND SWEAR THY BRETHREN BY THEIR HEADS, AND BY THE LIVING GOD, THAT THEY TELL IT NOT; FOR IF THEY TELL IT, THEY SHALL SURELY DIE:  and this that thy father may not know it, and this day I will deliver thy brother Abel into thine hands.

 

Prior to 1990, the penalties for revealing the secret oaths in the temple required the pantomime actions of slitting your own throat, cutting out your heart, and disemboweling your intestines as punishment for disclosing the secrets.

 

Even though these pantomime actions have been removed, they are still implied.  Satanic oaths have 3 main characteristics.  1.  A secret.  2.  Oath to keep the secret.  3.  Death or bloodshed if the secret is revealed.

 

All temple oaths have these three characteristics and are of the devil.  As the Lord does not do anything in SECRET.

 

All temples since the Kirtland Temple have a curse placed on them. 

 

D&C 124: 47-48

 

And it shall come to pass that if you build a house unto my name, and do not do the things that I say, I will not perform the oath which I make unto you, neither fulfill the promises which ye expect at my hands, saith the Lord.

For instead of blessings, ye, by your own works bring cursings, wrath, indignation, and judgments upon your own heads, by your follies, and by all your abominations, which you practice before me saith the Lord.

 

The new name, signs, tokens, handshakes, five points of fellowship, are all borrowed from Free Masonry.   Free Masonry is a secret society whose desire is to control all religions. ( Google up on youtube and you can see Thomas S. Monson giving the

Patriarchal grip handshake to George Bush.  You can also google up Gordon B. Hinckley giving the same handshake to Dick Cheney)

 

The Book of Mormon is the keystone of our religion.  The fullness of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and His complete doctrine is contained in this book.

 

On page 478-9 of the 1830 original BoM it states,   “  Ye must repent and become as a little child, and be baptized in my name, or ye can in nowise receive these things.  And again I say unto you, Ye must repent and be baptized in my name, and become as a little child, or ye can in nowise inherit the kingdom of God.  Verily, verily I say unto you, that this is my doctrine; and whoso buildeth upon this, buildeth upon my rock; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against them.  And whoso shall declare MORE OR LESS THAN THIS, AND ESTABLISH IT FOR MY DOCTRINE, THE SAME COMETH OF EVIL AND IS NOT BUILT UPON MY ROCK, BUT HE BUILDETH UPON A SANDY FOUNDATION, AND THE GATES OF HELL STANDETH OPEN TO RECEIVE SUCH, WHEN THE FLOODS COME, AND THE WINDS BEAT UPON THEM.

 

This would be in the latter part of 3^rd Nephi in the BoM.

 

The only ordinance required of the Lord to gain eternal salvation is Baptism and receiving the Holy Ghost.   All ordinances done within the temples are Masonic, and of the devil. (Who tells you to put on your aprons, and these aprons become a permanent part of the temple clothing?  Lucifer does.)

 

The policy and practice of temple recommends, closed temple ceremonies, and worthiness interviews all stem from the abomination of polygamy.  From 1841 until his death, Joseph Smith had his secret society within the church.  This was his council of fifty.  The first to receive the Masonic endowments were nine members of this council.  They had their secret signs and handshakes etc.  The first men Joseph introduced polygamy to were all within this council.  This council was also called the Holy Anointed Quorum.   Polygamy in Nauvoo was limited to the men within this council and was lived in strict secrecy.  It is interesting to note that in D&C 132, the revelation on polygamy in verse 60 it states that in order to get another wife, the first wife must give her consent.  Joseph kept his wives secret from Emma until she found out.  She threatened Joseph with divorce.  Also she stated that if he wants more wives then she would have more husbands.   Although polygamy had been going on for several years, the revelation was not written down until July 12^th 1843.

The Lord intended for His temples to be great learning centers where everyone was invited to come and learn of His teachings.  King Benjamin had everyone gather at the temple to hear his address.  Nowhere in the BoM is there a scripture indicating that a person needed to be worthy to come to the temple. All were welcome.  Today in the church, the issue of temple worthiness causes a class distinction within the church:  worthy vs. unworthy.  This is very displeasing to our Heavenly Father.  This is one of the reasons every temple after the Kirtland temple has the Lord’s curse on it.  (D&C 124: 47-48)

 

Just because the temple building itself has a curse on it does not mean that a person will not receive a spiritual manifestation while attending the temple.  The Lord answers prayers for anyone who has enough faith to ask Him.  He will answer prayers no matter where a person is at, whether it be in church, in the temple, driving down the freeway, or on top of a mountain.

 

We are not taught in Church that just before Joseph went to Carthage jail, he and Emma burned the original revelation.  Joseph instructed his council of fifty to burn their endowment undergarments.  He told William Clayton to burn the minutes of the council of fifty.  On June 10^th 1844, Hyrum Smith told the Nauvoo city council that the revelation on polygamy only pertained to ancient times.   (History of the Church)

At this time Joseph was in deep trouble for destroying the Nauvoo Expositor.  Someone in his council of fifty had betrayed him and leaked all of the secret information regarding polygamy, and Joseph having himself ordained as King of Israel, and King over the whole earth.  This was the reason Joseph destroyed the press.

 

Before his death, Joseph began repenting.   The Lord told him to escape.  He crossed the Mississippi river to Montrose Iowa and was going to escape to the west.  However, his friends in the council of fifty wrote him a letter and called him a coward.  Emma also wrote him a letter begging him not to go.  So once again, Joseph listened to the “persuasions of men” over what the Spirit directed him to do.  He gave himself up, lost the protection of the Lord and was murdered in Carthage jail.

 

This leads us to Brigham Young positioning himself into the leadership of the church.  There is an important fact that people don’t realize about Brigham Young.  This is that he was a 33^rd degree Mason.  33^rd degree Masons worship Lucifer.  The lower levels of Masonry are not much different than a Kiwanis Club, or a Rotary Club.  But the highest levels definitely worship Satan.  The higher levels are a secret society within a society.

Both Brigham Young and Heber C. Kimball, as well as Willard Richards were all 33^rd degree masons.   Willard Richards, interestingly, was not harmed during Joseph and Hyrum’s assassinations and later became the church historian to more easily rewrite the history? Contrary to popular belief, these three men did not join the church because they believed in it.  They were on a mission to infiltrate the church and take control.   In Heber C. Kimball’s diary on page 11 it states that he was always true to his Masonic Oaths.  It is interesting to note that these three men became the Presidency of the church after Joseph Smith died.  In many pictures of Brigham Young, he can be seen wearing his Masonic pins namely, the compass, and the square.

 

The Book of Mormon warns us again and again about secret combinations.  Brigham Young, Heber C. Kimball and Willard Richards were all members of a secret society intent on infiltrating and controlling the church.

 

Now I will talk about the issue that has the most importance and is a direct consequence of the Free Masons infiltrating the church.  This is the alterations that took place in the second printing (1837) of the BoM.

 

Three words, “the Son of “were added to 4 key scriptures in the second printing, 1837 edition of the BoM.  These verses are:  1 Nephi 11:18, 21, 32, and 1Nephi 13:40.  These three words changed the identity of God.

 

Here are the comparisons:

1837 edition 1 Nephi 13:40  …and shall make known to all kindreds, tongues, and people, that the Lamb of God is the Son of the Eternal Father, and the Savior of the world…

There is a huge difference between the meaning of these verses. 

 

Jesus Christ and God the Eternal Father are one and the same person.  This is what every Latter Day Saint must come to know.

 

In church we are not taught that there are actually 9 different versions of the first vision.

We are led to believe that the account of the first vision we read in our scriptures was written by Joseph Smith.  It was not.  This account was not added to our scriptures until 1880, many years after the death of Joseph Smith.

 

Here is the one true and only account of the first vision written by Joseph Smith himself.

 

“ In the attitude of calling upon the Lord in the 16^th year of my age a piller of light above the brightness of the sun at noon day come down from above and rested upon me and I was filled with the spirit of god and the Lord opened the heavens upon me and I saw the Lord and he spake unto me saying “ Joseph my son thy sins are forgiven thee.  Go thy way walk in my statutes and keep my commandments behold I am the Lord of glory I was crucified for the world that all those who believe on my name may have Eternal life behold the whole world lieth in sin at this time and none doeth good no not one they have turned aside from the gospel and keep not my commandments they draw near to me with their lips while their hearts are far from me and mine anger is kindling against the inhabitants of the earth…

 

This account was written by Joseph Smith himself in his personal diary in 1832.

It can be found in a book called the “Joseph Smith Papers” compiled by Dean C. Jessee in 1984. (Dean C. Jessee is currently working on the newer version of the Joseph Smith papers.)

 

I will now list some scripture references that give evidence to the fact that Jesus Christ and God the Father is the same person.

 

 Mosiah 15 chapter heading:  “How Christ is Both the Father and the Son…

 

Mosiah 15: 1-5 1.   And now Abinadi said unto them… ye should understand that GOD HIMSELF shall come down among the children of men, and shall redeem his people.  2.  And because he dwelleth in flesh he shall be called the SON OF GOD, and having subjected the flesh to the will of the FATHER, being the FATHER AND THE SON… 3.  The Father because he was conceived by the power of God. And the Son because of the flesh; thus becoming the FATHER AND THE SON 4. And they are ONE GOD, yea the very ETERNAL FATHER OF HEAVEN AND OF EARTH.  5. And thus the flesh becoming subject to the Spirit, or the Son to the Father, BEING ONE GOD, suffereth temptation, and yieldeth not to the temptation, but suffereth himself to be mocked, and scourged, and cast out, and disowned by his people.

 

Alma and Amulek contend with Zeezrom:  Alma 11 26-40

 

28.    Now Zeezrom said, “Is there more than one God?

29.    And he answered, “No.”

38.    Now Zeezrom saith unto him; “ Is the Son of God the very Eternal Father?”

39.    And Amulek said unto him: Yea, he is the very Eternal Father of heaven and of the earth…

40.    And he shall come into the world to redeem his people…

 

 

Ether 3:14 … Behold I am Jesus Christ; I am the FATHER AND THE SON.

 

Note the frustration of Jesus with Philip who did not understand the separation of the Spirit of God and His earthly incarnation of His Soul/Intelligence/I AM of Jesus Christ, yea the Eternal Father:

 

John 14:  Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Shew us the Father?

Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works.

Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father in me: or else believe me for the very works’ sake.

 

 

THE LECTURES ON FAITH

 

The Lectures on Faith were a series of lectures received in the School of the Prophets taught by Joseph Smith in Kirtland Ohio around 1833.

 

The fifth lecture deals with the nature of the Godhead.

 

 In our former lectures we treated of the being, character, perfections, and attributes of God.  What we mean by perfection is the perfections which belong to all the attributes of his nature.  We shall in this lecture speak of the Godhead:  we mean the Father, Son and the Holy Spirit.  There are two personages who constitute the great matchless, governing, and supreme power over all things—by whom all things were created and made that are created and made, whether visible or invisible.  Whether in heaven, on earth, or in the earth, under the earth or in the immensity of space:

They are the Father and the Son:  The Father being a personage of SPIRIT, glory and power possessing all perfection and fullness.  The Son, who was in the bosom of the Father, a personage of TABERNACLE,  made or  fashioned like unto a man, or being in the form or likeness of a man, or rather man was  formed after his likeness and image:  and is called the son because of the flesh: And he being the Only Begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth, and having overcome, received a fullness of the glory of the Father, POSSESSING THE SAME MIND WITH THE FATHER;  And these three are ONE,  And these three constitute the Godhead and are  ONE;  The Father and the Son POSSESSING THE SAME MIND.

 

·         It is possible for a person to see the Tabernacle of Jesus and the Spirit of God at the same time.  This explains how Jesus has been seen sitting at the right hand of his Father.

 

 

The first edition of the Doctrine and Covenants appeared in 1835, printed by Frederick G. Williams, who was then serving as a counselor in the First Presidency.  The book comprised two parts, the revelations, called “The Covenants,” and the “Doctrine,”

A collection of seven Lectures on Faith delivered in the School of the Prophets in Kirtland Ohio.

 

There was an 1844 edition of the D&C which added more revelations and then the 1876 edition which added sections 2, 13, 77, 85, 87, 108-111, 113-118, 120-123, 125, 126, 129-132, and 136.

 

Note that section 130 was added in the 1876 edition many years after the death of Joseph Smith.  In section 130 vs. 22 we read: “The Father has a body of flesh and bones as tangible as man’s:  the Son also:  but the Holy Ghost is a personage of Spirit.  Were it not so, the Holy Ghost could not dwell within us.

 

This verse is a complete contradiction to what Joseph Smith taught in the School of the Prophets where he taught that the Father is a personage of Spirit, the Son is a personage of Tabernacle, possess the same mind, and is ONE.

 

The seven Lectures on Faith were in the D&C until 1921, at which time they were removed.

 

The D&C 1835 edition was presented to a general assembly of the church and accepted as canonized scripture on August 17^th 1835.  This edition included the Lectures on Faith.

 

Under the direction of Heber J. Grant, the 1921 D&C was printed excluding the Lectures on Faith.  Each book contained a notation claiming that the Lectures on Faith were never presented to nor accepted by the church as being otherwise than theological lectures or lessons.  Remember, everything in the church is to be done by common consent.  So the Lectures on Faith were presented to a general assembly of the church and accepted as canonized scripture in Aug. 1835.  But in 1921, Heber J. Grant has them removed without common consent of the members, and makes the false claim that they were never presented to the church.

 

The question to ask is why?  What do the Lectures on Faith contain that Heber J. Grant didn’t want people to know?  The answer:  The 5^th lecture completely contradicts D&C 130 vs. 22!

 

D&C 29 Read this entire section.  It begins with; “Listen to the voice of Jesus Christ” pay attention to vs. 42 when God speaks as God, not Jesus.  This happens again in vs. 46

 

 How can Jesus and Heavenly Father be the same person?  It is very simple:  When we come to this earth, we are separated from our Spirits which remain in Heaven.  We come to this earth with our innate Intelligence, our ‘I AM” and our Souls.  Thus Jesus came to earth as a man to give us an EXAMPLE while His Spirit, e.g. God the Father, remained in Heaven.  It is that simple.

 

We are patterned after God’s own image.  Our spirits are separated from us while we live on earth.  We have our physical bodies, and our intelligences, or souls are here with us during our earth life.  Remember, intelligence was with God from the beginning, and cannot be created or made.  D&C 93

 

So who was Jesus praying to in the Garden of Gethsemane?  He was praying to His spirit.

 

Think of the Godhead as an egg.  The Body of Christ is the shell, or the tabernacle.  Heavenly Father is the egg white, as He is spirit and the Holy Ghost is the yolk, or the shared mind.  Three different roles: all in the same package.  This principle is taught by Joseph Smith in the 5^th Lecture on Faith.

 

Alma 11:43 The spirit and the body shall be reunited again in it’s perfect form.

 

Cherubim and the Flaming Sword separate our spirits from our bodies during our earthly existence.  This is exactly what happened with Adam and Eve.  The scripture reference for this can be found in Alma when he is talking to his wayward son, Corianton.

How could this happen?   The answer is really quite simple.  Our records were altered.  The Book of Mormon teaches the importance of having correct records.   True and correct records are so important that the Lord instructed Nephi and his brothers to return to Jerusalem to get the plates of brass.  The plates of brass were so important that Nephi was even instructed to kill Laban in order to get the plates.

 

In the Book of Mormon, King Benjamin is teaching his sons about the importance of true and correct records.  He says,”  I say unto you, my sons, were it not for these things, which have been kept and preserved by the hand of God, that we might read and understand of his mysteries, and have his commandments always before our eyes, that even our fathers would have dwindled in unbelief, and we should have been like unto our brethren, the Lamanites which know nothing concerning these things, or even do not believe them when they are taught them, because of the traditions of their fathers, which are not correct.”

 

 This is what has happened:  Our records were altered.  As a result, we have been taught

Incorrect doctrine, and have dwindled in unbelief as to the true nature of God.  And now    

Most LDS people will not believe the truth because of the “traditions of their fathers which are not correct.”  

 

LDS people rely heavily on Joseph Smiths first vision.   Just research the different versions, and you will discover that Joseph Smith never told the same story twice regarding his vision.  In one version he states he saw two personages, in another version, he states he saw only one, in another, he states he just saw an angel etc. etc.  All of these versions are second hand.   Meaning so and so said to so and so that this is what Joseph told me:   Why are we not taught about Josephs own handwritten account in our Sunday school lessons?   We think this is a valid question.   But the leaders of the church do not want anyone asking questions.

 

A person can gain only the knowledge or a testimony based on the information available to him.  If that information is incorrect, then the knowledge, or testimony gained is incorrect.

 

We can teach this from our own experience now.  We had the testimony that all church members today have.  We thought it was a great strong testimony.  But that testimony pales in comparison to a testimony of the truth.  Now we really know exactly who our Heavenly Father is.  We know His true identity.  We each have  had an extremely powerful, and very spiritual witness that Jesus Christ and God the Eternal Father are one and the same person.

 

Our lives have been blessed because of this knowledge.  We thought we had experienced joy and happiness in our lives before we gained knowledge of the truth.   The joy and happiness we are currently experiencing is beyond anything we ever thought possible.

We never thought it possible for people to be as happy and content as we are now.

It seems as if the Lord is standing above us each and every day just pouring down blessings upon our heads.  In 3 Nephi 12: 11-12, it reads, “And blessed are ye when men shall revile you and persecute, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake:  For ye shall have great joy and be exceedingly glad, for great shall be your reward in heaven; for so persecuted they the prophets who were before you.”

 

We haven’t really experienced much persecution.  There have been a few ridiculous comments made, over all people have been very kind.  But we have, and continue to feel the “great joy” and we are “exceedingly glad.”  In fact, I do not have the vocabulary to explain how much joy we are experiencing.  I personally do not think the words that could express this joy are found in any earthly vocabulary.

 

  A fog has been lifted.  A fog we did not even know existed, until it was removed.  We have been awakened from the “deep sleep” that Isaiah talks about.  

 

Our desire is for everyone to feel this same joy.  We would not do this if we did not absolutely know for a surety that what we are doing is correct.  We have always been solid.  We have always stood for truth.  We have always been dependable.  We have always been honest with people.  Why on earth would we ever change?  Just use common sense.  The stance we have taken is bold.  We know it is correct and we are willing to stand up for the truth regardless of what people may think.  We love you all so much, that we are willing to blaze the trail.  If not us, who, and if not now, when? 

 

You may ask this question.  “How could the church prosper all of these years if it is not true?”  The answer is this; first of all, the church IS TRUE.  It just has some problems that need to be cleansed out of it.”  

 

The Book of Mormon teaches,  speaking of the “ church,”  but if it be not built upon my Gospel, and is built upon the works of men, or upon the works of the Devil, verily I say unto you, they have joy in their works for a season, and by and by the end cometh, and they are hewn down and cast into the fire, from whence there is no return; for their works do follow them: for it is because of their works that they are hewn down.

 

The “season” the Lord talks about here is almost over.  He is expecting His Saints to wake up and cleanse the church.  If this were not the case then we would not have the following scriptures to remind us. 

 

D&C 112: 24-26   Behold, vengeance cometh speedily upon the inhabitants of the earth, a day of wrath, a day of burning, a day of desolations, of weeping, of mourning, and of lamentation; and as a whirlwind it shall come upon all the face of the earth, saith the Lord.  And upon MY HOUSE shall it begin, and from my house shall it go forth, saith the Lord.  First among those among you, saith the Lord, who have professed to know my name and have NOT KNOWN ME ,  and have blasphemed against me in the midst of my house, saith the Lord.

 

D&C 68: 38-40   For it shall come to pass that the inhabitants of Zion shall judge all things pertaining to Zion.  And liars and hypocrites shall be proved by them, and they who are NOT APOSTLES AND PROPHETS shall be known.  And even the bishop, who is a judge, and his counselors, if they are not faithful in their stewardships shall be condemned, and others shall be planted in their stead.

 

Salt Lake City experienced a whirlwind in 1991.  This whirlwind did a lot of damage to downtown SLC.   It damaged many of the cranes being used in building the conference center.

 

Latter Day Saints believe that “a prophet will never lead you astray.”   This statement is a teaching of man.  Latter Day Saints believe that the Lord will remove any prophet who attempts to lead the people astray.  The above verse from the Book of Mormon which talks about “if the work be works of men, or of the devil, they have joy in their works for a season and by and by the end cometh” is proof that the Lord allows free agency to choose. He will not immediately remove a prophet, but will allow the works for a season.  And he will allow people to follow that prophet for that season.  God never interferes in free agency.  That is why we are here on earth.  We are warned over and over again in the scriptures not to rely on the arm of flesh.  This means do not put our trust in man to lead us.  Rely on God for all things.  God says “they have joy in their works for a season.”  Can any of us define how long “a season” to the Lord is?   Historically, the Lord does not act until he has warned, and warned, and warned, and those who he is warning have ripened in iniquity.  Then He acts. 

 

We presented this information to 15 men in our disciplinary council. The Lord wanted this message delivered to these men. We felt just like Abinadi before King Noah and his court.  (However we don’t feel that Pres. Merrell is like King Noah we love this guy. We love all the men who were in our court.)  The most difficult thing about our court was feeling the sadness in the hearts of all the men there, who felt they were doing the correct thing by excommunicating us.  Our church is not governed by the Spirit.  It is governed by the handbook of instructions. 

 

The Book of Mormon throughout is a warning to the Saints. Both Lehi and Nephi had a vision for our day with the blindly-obedient saints residing in the great and spacious building. We have not gone into the muddy waters as we do not throw out the baby with the bathwater. We hold to the rod of truth which is the word of God. Nephi and Lehi warn that few find this true path which we are on! We are not alone in being spiritually guided for the truth of God. Abinadi was the second witness of this warning given to Lehi and Nephi. Abinadi gave his life to deliver the message of Mosiah 15:1-5 that God came to this earth as the man Jesus, thus Jesus IS the Eternal Father.  Abinadi was before King Noah when he stated that the type and shadow of King Noah (President of the Church) and his 12 high priests who dictated and interpreted the dreams of the people was in similitude of the church in these last days. We can see this with the irrational sayings of “When the prophet has spoken the thinking has been done” and “Follow the prophet as he will never lead you astray?” These false statements are contrary to the multiple warnings from God easily found in the scriptures about the prophets that lead His people astray when they flatter the people and say “all is well in Zion” as Hinckley declared in General Conference, 1996 (2 Nephi 28).

 

The prophets prophesy falsely, and the priests (leaders of the church) bear rule by their means; and my people love to have it so: and what will ye do in the end thereof?  Jer. 5:31

 

The War of Armageddon is a Spiritual War and this cleansing begins with the Lord’s House which today is Babylon in the mountain tops and is the “most great and abominable church” as prophesied by Isaiah and the Book of Mormon (1 Nephi 13).

 

We did not leave the church.  It left us.  The men in this council and Bishop Nicholas (who we also love) will have to bear the burden of calling us apostates.  At the end of the council, the only evidence against us was that our message was contrary to what “The Brethren teach.”  But our message was not contrary to what God teaches, and what is taught in the scriptures.  We are absolutely not apostates.  We are fighting for the truth to be made known throughout the entire church.  We have a clear conscience before God, and God is the only person who can take away any of our eternal blessings.  God is also the only person who can remove a person from His church. This is why we are experiencing true joy and happiness. For anyone waiting to see if we self destruct,

Sorry, this is not going to happen!   As I said before, I do not have the vocabulary to explain the joy and happiness we experience every day.  It is impossible for anyone to knowingly do something they know is not correct and feel right about it.  It is absolutely impossible to fake true happiness.  We are truly experiencing feelings of true joy and happiness we never thought could exist.  This feeling is a direct result of knowing who God is.  And this is the testimony that we will leave with you.  We know that Jesus Christ is God the Eternal Father.  We love the church, we love the Book of Mormon, and we love our Lord and Savior. We will not abandon Him in this fight for truth.  We will stand firm, and as witnesses to His truth.  We do not fear man, or anything man can do.  We chose God over tradition and understand the scriptural warnings contained in the Book of Mormon. This Book of the Lamb warns against its alteration and the removal of the plain and precious truths done by our church in 1837 to change the identity of God who is Jesus Christ. The Book of Mormon warns against polygamy, masonry, the foolishness of trusting in the arm of flesh and being blindly obedient to a King/”President.” In all of these issues and more, the “learned men” have altered God’s teachings. The original Book of Mormon restores truth. We love you all. And we leave this testimony with you in the name of Jesus Christ.   Amen.
